The Layout:
The entrance of the home opens into the living room/dining room, kitchen area. The kitchen steps down into an attached mud room/laundry room that leads to a fenced back yard. The living area leads into a large common hall area that has the guest closet and owners closet, off of which are the two full baths and the three bedrooms (master with King bed, walk-in closet, and screened in porch, guest bedroom with queen bed, desk, and dresser, and a third guest bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and bookshelf.

Please park in driveway. There is room for 2 cars.

It doesn't get any better when it comes to the incredible location of this home! Nestled just blocks between the trendy Melrose and Berry Hill areas, and right within the 12th South neighborhood amenities, your choice of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping and more, will be right at your fingertips! On top of that, you'll only be 5-7 minutes from other desirable Nashville hotspots like The Gulch, Music Row, Hillsboro Village, West End and Downtown Broadway just to name a few.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
