Downstairs are four eating areas, a sitting room w/ fireplace, kitchen & coffee bar, as well as an open firepit outdoors. Boro Breeze hosts 20+ guests comfortably for affordable parties, couples’ get-aways, staycations, social meeting spaces -- a venue for warm gatherings that spark positive vibes and memorable experiences.

We provide amenities and appliances to cater to your preferences and needs.

**PLEASE NOTE: We redesigned the property as a vacation rental and event venue. We created three separate quarters with separate entrances on the premises. We occupy an attached studio on site that fully supports our privacy and the privacy of our guests, as well as rental operations. A second rental space is also on site. Boro Breeze occupies the largest area of the property. Each living area is its own separate living area with its own entry and exit, like three duplexes.

We encourage the use of the vacation rental space for overnight booking, including parties, meetings and other group accommodations. These events often engender loud music and spirited conversation. For that reason, we crafted sound barriers between the three spaces for added noise control. We are a business whose vision is space & service. We remain as detached & concerned about our guests' comfort as any lodging operation. We welcome guests who are comfortable with themselves and others & who trust & understand that we operate as a business. We fully respect our guests' privacy and the desire for a sense of space.
