Layout:
The main level is made up of the living space (complete with pull out couch), dining room, sunroom, a primary king bedroom with en suite bathroom, two queen bedrooms, and a connected Jack and Jill full bathroom between the queen bedrooms. There is a basement on the lower level with an L shaped shaped couch, poker table, foosball table, ping pong table, basketball hoop game, poker set, board games and puzzles. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement. The backyard is accessible from the sunroom and leads to a spacious fenced in area complete with a ground fountain and patio furniture. *Please note that the fireplace is non operational.

There is a long driveway and a parking pad available for parking.
Neighborhood:
A quiet area of Nashville that's easy to get around! Only 6.7 miles from the Nashville Zoo, 8 miles from Cool Springs, and 13 miles to downtown Nashville. With the nearby amenities of the Cool Springs area and the short and convenient commute into Nashville proper, you'll have everything you need!
Getting Around:
Located in South Nashville, you'll be just a short car ride from some of the best activities in Nashville! Check out Jackalope Brewery, the Nashville Zoo, or the new Nashville Soccer Stadium that is coming soon! Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from this home, and you will be 10-18 minutes (or less!) to nearly every major neighborhood that Nashville has to offer!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
