Very disappointing for a Wyndham property. Structural damage, broken furniture, dirty bathroom, no toilet paper. We were informed this was about to be torn down to build condos.

The place was easy to find, the area was also nice. The room was a little dirty, the buliding looked like it needed some TLC but all in all we had a good stay. We had gotten back to our room between 1 and 2 in the morning most nights we stayed and there were no homeless or anything walking around which was really nice.

Rat hole dump!
It’s been a rough neighborhood, too expensive for this area. Prostitutes around and sketchy people. No kind of continental breakfast or anything or even coffee in the morning. Didn’t have a washcloth. The room was nasty. One of the drawers was ripped off one of the dressers. The mattress sucked! It’s like they went and got their mattresses from a homeless shelter that were giving them away for free to throw away. The only person I would suggest for them to stay there is my ex-wife and my ex boss from my last job. Do not stay at this place! I wish I would’ve taken photos.

The worst
Horrible….I have stayed in super 8 multiple times theu out the years with no issues but this place was absolutely awful … they required a cash deposit upon arrival (never run into that before) Elevator smelled of urine, once there was a homeless person in elevator who told me she was in there to warm up… front desk people seemed to be under the influence of something….. active wasp nests everywhere… first non smoking rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke…. Second rooms smelled better but were dirty i.e. stuff stuck on walls corners were gross we were on top floor and apparently roof had leaked at some point as texture and paint were falling from ceiling..There were half smoked cigs and marijuana joints on several outside window sills…. Witnessed hookers and drug use next door multiple times …. Swimming pool was full of garbage and green water If there had been any other vacancy anywhere in Nashville we definitely would not have stayed but finding a last min Fri/sat reservation deemed impossible.

When I rent a hotel, I am low maintenance. I know I will be out doing things in the town and just need a place to sleep. My only requirements are not to get bedbugs and not to get stabbed. So this hotel was a value for the location to downtown. However, some things to know that are not advertised: there is a $100 cash deposit. I rarely carry cash, but luckily my husband brought some. However, I heard other customers also not know this and had to find an ATM. Also, to get your deposit back you need to make sure you have your receipt. Luckily we kept ours, but there was a customer checking out ahead of us that was getting hassled about this (hopefully he got his deposit back).

Deal with the amazing people during the day
Make sure if you have to stay here you deal with the day shift people. They were amazing, the night guy was very rude even though I had called ahead and made sure my reservation was good when I got there I was told I had no reservation and I needed to leave.

The nashville toilet motel
Worst place i have ever stayed It was dirty..falling spart....towls were yellow....tub was moldy.... Elevator was in back of building as far away from the lobby as you can go Smelled like urine.....stairs were cracked concrete..brocken railings.. Room smelled musty.... i wish i had taken photos.....

I feel like you get what you pay for in this case. If you’re looking for a cheap room for a night, yes! If you’re looking for a memory foam bed and peace and quiet, this isn’t for you! The neighborhood is iffy 😅 but entertaining for sure! Jazzy’s Bistro which was across from our room was wonderfully entertaining (thanks y’all!). The mattress on the bed was horrible, it’s all very outdated, the bathtub felt like it was going to fall through. Just know you have to have $100 CASH up front as a security deposit. The staff is super friendly, they gave us no hassle, the other guests were friendly as well. Cade, or whatever your name is, I hope you and your fiancé worked it out!

Honesty as far as budget motels go, this was one of the cleaner ones Ive been to. There were random (homeless?) people in the parking lot and gas station next door but they didnt bother me. Would be happy to stay here again.

Starts off with the front desk requiring the deposit be in cash - she insists its on the website, it of course is not. Then OMG homeless and hookers. The area is so depressed (McDonald's and Jack-in-the-box signs but completely out of business tells you something)

The sound of the water running in the room on the other side of the wall was very disturbing throughout the entire night. The shower head looked like it had black mold growing on it the whole room was rather run down. The noise in the neighborhood was I so loud it was hard to sleep. It was a total disappointment.

Front desk people were nice but the location was very bad. Sirens constantly and at one point an ambulance behind the lot. The rooms were filthy, outdated, and damaged. One of our rooms' bathroom door had signs of forced entry. Our dresser had water damage and there were stains on every inch of the carpet. Bed was hard and old. Both rooms had a strong mildew smell. Many other guests would approach us at night and talk to us/sexually harassed us. The price is good but the place is not.

Kept having issues with the room keys, having to get new keys every day. One day they gave us new keys and we tried them and they didn't work either, so we had to go back down stairs to talk to them again. Desk worker insisted they should work so they sent maintenance. Maintenance insisted that the issue was with the keys.

When I got to the elevator smell too bad , no microwave, tv not working very old tv , the room not clean. Only one trash can inside the room . My reservation king room when I got to check in told me not ready only queen room same price , after hours drive I took it . I don't have time to look for another hotel .
