Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom is ideally located, with Downtown, Broadway, and all the best venues and museums within moments from your front door. We are steps from Germantown and only a few minutes to the Gulch.

Good house but was not as it seemed in photos
Me and 9 friends came to town from Washington not knowing anything about locations or neighborhoods. The neighborhood was right off the freeway and was in a kindd of run down part of town were some of the people we stayed with did not like. We weren’t far from downtown but not a great part of town. The house was nice except we found ear wigs and moths and other bugs throughout the trip which was not pleasing.

We stayed for my son's 21st birthday and had a great time! The house was perfect for our group as far as space and sleeping arrangements. We would definitely stay here again. The communication with Harley was always prompt.

Great place for large group!
Had a group of 12 people who all had a very comfortable stay and the location was close to everything we needed. Bathrooms were spacious and the living room served us all well. I agree with a previous comment that some window shades would have been nice to have but overall great place.

Kami and Harley were excellent hosts and very responsive to our needs. The property is in a prime location, just minutes to downtown and local attractions. Home was clean and a great spot for a celebration. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful home to share space with family. The kiddos loved the bunk beds and big closets to playin! Shower was awesome - great water pressure. Kitchen was equipped but there was no broom to sweep up spills! We very much enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything (airport, yoga studio, science center, etc.)!

This place was just as explained in the listing. Location worked out good for trips to downtown. Parking was always open right in front of the property. Some window coverings would have been nice on the front of the house. Really enjoyed this place and highly recommend!

Fantastic Spot!
I'd stay here again. The place was incredible and exceeded the pictures. Host was very communicative and even reached out on our check-in day to let us know that the cleaners finished early so we could come early if we wanted. I hadn't even requested an early check in, so that was just a nice touch.

I’ve stayed in a lot of vrbo’s and this was definitely one of the best! The owner was very fast to respond and so accommodating. The house was very clean and just perfect for a large group. Everyone had their own space and there were plenty of bathrooms when it was time to get everyone moving out the door. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you.

Great house!
I booked this place as a get together with 7 of my other friends and we had such an amazing time! We all had plenty of space to hangout with one another and we kept saying how great the property was the entire weekend. Harley was extremely fast to respond to any questions which made for a super easy check in and check out process. It's not in the nicest part of town but we didn't have any problems and it was extremely easy to get to Downtown Nashville. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group wanting to stay near downtown!
