Family Vacation
We traveled to Nashville for our family vacation and this house was perfect. It was an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Chris is an amazing host and the property was just as described as in the listing. We saw the sites during the day and hung out in the evenings in the hot tub and playing pool. If we travel back to the area again we definitely will book this house.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood on a small cul-de-sac. Chris was great to work with and he was quick to answer any questions we had and was very hospitable. We had a great time and the hot tub was nice!

Great relaxing weekend!
We had a terrific time relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the quiet. Chris was a wonderful host and very communicative! The house was very clean and well maintained and you can definitely tell he works hard to keep it this way. We will be back sometime in the future for sure as it's a close drive to everything in Nashville! Thanks for a great time!

Clean and quiet
We had a great stay at Chris' place! He met us there to make sure we knew how everything worked. Check out process could not have been easier. House was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is SO quiet! We didn't hear anyone else, no dogs, nothing. The hot tub was amazing after walking all over Nashville. Its a very easy trip into the city. We are looking forward to a future stay! :)

Wonderful house in an ideal location
This house had everything we were needed and more. Spent ours days exploring the sights then returned to cook dinner and relax in the hot tub. Chris greeted us when we arrived, tour the house with us and answered all our questions. He even provided tips on sights, restaurants and Downtown Nashville. Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry we just a short drive away. Would rent this property again

Excellent stay
This home was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Hot tub was just as all others said- fantastic. Lots of space to hang out and chill. Located outside the traffic and hustle of downtown but close enough to be in the center of Music City easily. Ashland City had cute boutiques to also check out. Highly recommend! Owner Chris was helpful and responded quickly and also checked in on us!

Nashville Bachelorette Trip
Chris was really friendly and helpful and made everything about the trip run smooth. He met us at the house and gave us a tour and even checked on us halfway through to see if we needed anything. The house was immaculate and had tons of amenities. We had 5 girls there and had plenty of room with lots of room to spare. Beds were comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay again!!
