Met All Our Needs
We had a great time! All our needs were met from the amount of space and types of rooms to the location that had a grocery store and other needs nearby with quick drives to sites we visited. The kitchen space, appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils and pans were everything we needed for our meals. The host's instructions were clear and helpful.

Beautifully decorated unit, extremely clean, and stocked with plenty of high quality basics. Mark is very prompt to respond and checked in on us to make sure our stay was going well. I love the location, very close to some of my favorite spots in East Nashville and only a short drive to downtown. The only minor complaints I have: 1) the complex can be quite noisy at times - you can hear the people above walking around and can hear talking/TVs/music/doors closing from the neighboring units and the hallway and 2) I was under the impression that the unit had an attached balcony based off the description and photos, but this wasn’t a major issue as we utilized the very spacious rooftop lounge area. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Very responsive host. Quiet building. If you're a light sleeper, there is an active train track very close by. Otherwise, no complaints and I would go back without hesitation.

The property manager made check-in very easy. When I checked in, I found the place to be extremely clean with plenty of conveniences that make a stay comfortable. For example, there was water in the refrigerator and there was plenty of coffee. I would definitely stay here again.
