Loved this hotel so much! Clean and rooms are large and well appointed. Feels like a brand new hotel. Great location and easy to get everywhere! Walk to restaurants and grocery store. Wonderful breakfast!

The property was very clean, rooms were also clean. The downside to the room was the shower. Didn't like the open design of shower the water would get all over the floor. But all in all, everything was great. All the people at the front desk were friendly and kind and helpful. Thank you! I would recommend my family and friends.

Great Stay in Franklin.
Great stay and great location. Breakfast was your standard and decent offerings. The room is very spacious and provided everything needed! The bed seemed to be a bit old (lumpy, uneven and so uncomfortable for the entire night of sleeping) so could use updating. All in all it was an easy and pleasant stay

Above and beyond
Aft first they overbooked and sent us to a different hotel for 1 night but when we came back to check in they made it right by comping us another night and filled our room with wine, chocolates, hand written notes, rose petals and a fruit platter along with some other goodies. They felt terrible bc they sent us away at 11pm on our wedding anniversary. It was great
