The Space:
Make yourself at home in the open concept living area, which expands into a dining area and kitchen. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen. French doors lead out to the spacious backyard to enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy the privacy of the primary suite with large walk in closet. Get ready for a night out on the town at the double vanity. Relax in the large custom tile shower made for two with dual shower heads. Bring your family or friends to stay in one of the two additional bedrooms on the first floor, who will share a bathroom. Venture upstairs and experience an airy feeling as the room opens up to vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and exposed original brick. There are two comfortable queen beds in the upstairs loft. Feel free to make a quick breakfast or enjoy a cup of coffee in the second kitchen this home features on the second floor. Enjoy a luxurious shower experience after a day of sight seeing. Guest Access:
The entire home is accessible except for the basement which has a lock on the door. There is also a locked portion of the master closet used for storage of supplies by the home owners.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is tucked between walkable local hotspots. Grab brunch at Cafe Roze. Enjoy locally roasted coffee at Portland Brew. Rosepepper is a local Mexican restaurant which offers some of the best margaritas in town. Get your sweet tooth satisfied at Five Daughters Bakery or Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams. For those with dietary restrictions, including vegan and gluten-free, check out Graze. There are local boutiques, a rock climbing gym, various restaurants, and unique bars all within walking distance. East Nashville is known for its excellent restaurants so there are plenty of great options nearby.

Getting Around:
Getting downtown is a breeze with a 4 mile Uber/Lyft ride. Nashville B-cycle allows you to rent e-bikes, with a station around the corner. Electric scooters can typically found nearby by downloading their apps. Public transportation via bus is also available with a stop close to the house. Shelby Bottoms Nature Center is located 2 miles away with great biking or walking trails along the river.
