Situated on 1.35 acres in a beautiful park-like setting, our home is designed to entertain and the perfect spot for fun as well as privacy. The large, newly remodeled house is a quick drive to Broadway, East Nashville, The Gulch, Music Row, The Grand Ole Opry and everything else Nashville has to offer. It is definitely “Paradise in Nashville!”

With both privacy and close to the action, it is the ideal place to celebrate Nashville. The spacious 2,300+ square house is a 10-12 minute Uber to East Nashville, Broadway, Music Row and The Gulch. The Grand Ole Opry and Nashville International Airport are close by, too!

The large updated open kitchen-living space has granite countertops, new appliances, tons of light, and plenty of seating. And our designated “ping-pong room” even has its own fridge. There is a volleyball net, board games and much more for your enjoyment.

A raised wooden deck is right off the kitchen and has a grill, seating, overlooks mature trees and is equipped with a state-of-the-art hot tub set in a private gazebo. A perfect spot to kick-back and relax. On the massive property you will also find your own basketball court, putting green and cornhole area. And on top of all that, there is a separate unattached bungalow on the grounds (our own “Eight Ball Pool Hall”) where you’ll find a pool table, a card table and a dart board decorated in old-school fashion.

“Paradise in Nashville” was truly designed to entertain and is perfect for large groups of friends, families or both!

The entire home and yard are for you alone to enjoy. Smart Locks for keyless entry and exit.

Guests must provide their own propane tank for the grill, located on the deck.

Pets are always welcome! Please just clean up after them.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INDOORS AND NO PARTIES!

The person who booked and paid for the reservation is the primary guest, "Guest", and MUST be staying during the entire reservation. The primary registered Guest MUST be a minimum of 21 years of age to book the reservation and MUST meet the verification requirements.

If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

You are LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for damages made by self or their guest(s) that may occur whether accidental or intentional. A separate e-Signed Rental Agreement is required to finalize the reservation and grant access to the home.
