Things to Note:
- All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.

- Hot tub on property is now available for use.

- If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

-Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

-No outside guests allowed on property.

- For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.

Christmas in Murfreesboro
We recently stayed at this VRBO property for our holiday with my family, and overall, it met our needs quite well and was just a few miles from my parents house. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy family meals together. The backyard was a highlight, providing plenty of space for the dogs. The hot tub was a particular favorite for the boys, adding a fun and relaxing element to our stay.However, I did have a couple of minor disappointments. The house felt a bit sterile and lacked the warmth and festive spirit we were hoping for during our Christmas stay. It would have been lovely to have a Christmas tree to enhance the holiday atmosphere, especially since we couldn't bring one ourselves due to our long travel. While I understand that providing a tree may be an extra touch, it would have certainly made our experience feel more special.In summary, this house was great for our needs, but a few personal touches could elevate the experience. I recommend for a comfortable stay and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay there. House is very spacious inside and outside. Just wished check out time would be at 11 rather than 10. Also the pots and pans they have are not the greatest for cooking so if you are planning in cooking bring your own.

Family time in Murfreesboro
We had a great trip when we stayed at this property. Even though would happen to get a little cool when we were there, the kids decided to go ahead and jump in the pool anyway. Lots of room in the yard to play and plenty of room inside. Host were very responsive, will be staying here again.

It was ok.
It was a nice location and home but we only got to use the pool one day out of the 4 while we were there due to the hottub being ripped out one day and there was a nest of black widows in it and there were wasp flying around all over. Not safe for us or our children to be out there comfortably. Management did get someone out there to check, spray and remove 8 wasp nest but it didn't get done till the last day we were there. Overall backyard was not kept well. Inside for the most was ok, really comfy beds. Very spacious home.
