The area this stately home is located in has exploded with new and trendy restaurants, venues, and shops in the past few years. The property is close to everything, but it's very quiet, and very peaceful at night. Many of the very best restaurants in town are within a half to one mile radius. So, you can take a stroll or quick Uber ride for your favorite activities. It's fun and convenient never needing a car. This property is on Nashville's trolley line. The trolley will take you to many of the best restaurants.

The space has 10 bedrooms and sleeps 26. Floor plan available upon request. There is plenty of privacy as well as large gathering places. The bedrooms are fully equipped with dressers, clothes racks, mirrors, side tables and flat screen TVs. New high end cabinets, quartz counter-tops, tiled back-splashes and stainless steel appliances in all three kitchens. There are 3 tile back-splashes. This house is equipped with all new plumbing and tank-less water heaters for instant hot water. A new high end washer and dryer is on each floor. This property has a new geothermal heating and air conditioning system.
