The Property Story:
As you arrive in Historic East Nashville & first set eyes on this Grand Nashville Residence, just 3 miles from the heart of downtown Nashville, you’ll feel in awe of this modern, well-appointed vacation home. You must be 23 or older to rent the property; a photo ID is required upon booking via Safely Protection. Before checking in, you required to sign a rental agreement via email for Nashville/Metro policy guidelines. An email address is required for the rental agreement & check in information. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
