Great place to stay
You will definitely be very pleased with your stay. Extremely comfortable accommodations. The only negative is the street noise, especially when the emergency vehicles pass. I truly don't like to include this one negative.....which was okay for us.....but I know this could be a deterrent for others. But with this one tiny comment aside, I would not hesitate to book this venue again.

Very nice, clean, and roomy. Just a little problem with the traffic noise since it is at an intersection. Also, on a dead-end street which helped with parking. Great location for around 21st street and walking distance to different places.

Perfect location! Walkable restaurants and shops, and felt very safe & comfortable in area. Ubering was easy, short & cheap to everywhere. Perfect condo for 4, very clean, modern and nicely furnished. Host was super with communication and recommendations! We loved our Nashville trip and happy we chose this Condo! Definitely would come back!

Absolutely Love this Property
This property is fantastic. Super clean and well maintained. I am super picky and this exceeded my expectations. The beds were very comfortable. Decor was super cute. The location was great. Boutiques and restaurants just a short walk away. We had no problems getting Ubers to and from Broadway. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. I cannot recommend this property enough. We had a great time.

I loved the openness of the floor plan. It was as described. Close to shops and restaurants. Very loud street noise and could hear it all night even over a fan. Had some issues with a/c and put a bit of a damper on our stay, however, the owner did offer other accommodations. Overall it was comfortable.

40th birthday celebration
This place was great for two couples. Each couple had a king bed with its own bathroom, which was a requirement for us while still being a short Uber away from Broadway without having the loud party scene back where we were staying. 4 min walk to Hillsboro neighborhood with shops and restaurants. This is a great place, and I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It the sweet spot from a location standpoint. Close enough to lthe Broadway music to be convenient and far enough away to be quiet and out of the traffic pattern. Hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful condo
This place was beautiful. The floor plan was very well laid out and way bigger than the photos made it seem. They provided everything needed and so many extras. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms were nice and big. There was lots of closet space and places to put suitcases.. There is a little road noise, but once we fell asleep it didn’t seem to bother us. The communication with the host was great and they even let us bring our bags and drop them off early which was a huge bonus. This place is close to coffee shops and restaurants. There are also lots of places for nice walks and runs. Downtown was just a 9 minute drive!! Thank you for sharing tour home. We will defiantly be back.

Very Nice Condo!
We were 4 adults (2 couples) in Nashville for a fun, hockey weekend. We decided to not stay downtown and try a vacation rental instead. The cost was significantly less than getting 2 hotel rooms downtown. Getting Ubers/Lyfts to downtown and back was easy. Don't take a Yellow Taxi, they charged us almost 4 times more than an Uber would. Condo is perfect for 2 couples coming for a nice weekend or it would be perfect for parents visiting kids in Vandy or Belmont. Layout is good, having two king beds was the big selling point for us and they were comfortable. Condo was very clean and had all the cooking, bedding, bath and cleaning items you would need. We highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to stay here again. ****this condo wouldn't be good for people with mobility issues as it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.***** Not a hard climb, so if you don't have issues, don't let this turn you off from this condo. It's really nice.

Lovely condo near so much!
We flew to Nashville for a tour of Belmont University and this condo was perfection! The space is open, clean, wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. Had everything we needed - though with so many great places to eat in town, must admit we didn't take advantage of the lovely kitchen. Easily walked to Belmont and surrounding neighborhoods. Loved the little nook in the primary bedroom. Easy check in and communication with host. Hope to be able to stay here again once our daughter is enrolled at the university!

The condo was great! Recent updates were very nice. Two king beds is great for multiple couples to stay. Great restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. Free parking was a big incentive for us. As well as being a cheap Uber/Lyft ride away from the city to take us to a concert. Genevieve was a great host. Clear communication and very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.
