Awesome place
Absolutely awesome rental. The location to broadway is FANTASTIC but without all the noise when it’s bed time. The owner is on top of communication and did an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice apartment. Perfect for a couple. We enjoyed the roof top deck and the pool. Really liked that it was walking distance to Broadway.

Overall, very easy check-in process and the apartment was very clean. Short walk downhill to Broadway and $10 Uber back if you aren't feeling up to it.... great stay, highly recommended!

Great location to downtown Nashville and all the Honky Tonks on Broadway. You can get Lyft rides to Broadway for $7-$10 each way.

Overall, great location and stay
We had a great stay in Nashville. The condo was the perfect size for us. It’s a nice building and community with a short walk to town. We used an Uber when necessary, but mostly walked wherever we needed. The condo had all the necessary amenities and the host was very responsive. We didn’t realize we’d be situated next to train tracks, so we did wake up early each morning to train whistles. The upstairs neighbor was heavy-footed and we heard him/her whenever they walked around their condo which was a nuisance.

Great Downtown location!
This was a great location to be in downtown Nashville. A quick uber ride to Broadway or you can also walk there in 15 minutes. Loved that we could go back to the room and it would be quiet and comfortable. Interior of unit was very clean and maintained. Property has good gym and nice courtyard to relax. The host was always very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to this place for a stay in Nashville 😀

Property was nice, neat and clean. However it had different amenities than on original booking. This unit had carpet and posting did not. Also posting had a shower with sliding doors and our unit had a tub with shower curtain. Not that big of a deal but worth noting.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Easy to find, straightforward access, convenient parking in garage. Plenty of room for our family. Very clean, great floor plan and comfortable furniture to just hang out and loved the Nashville music decor. Enjoyed the gym and such a treat to walk out directly to the rooftop deck. Nice property. Description is accurate. Easy to walk downtown but is uphill on way back. Uber is a short ride. Easy checkin and easy to find. Only suggestion is a need for curtains on bedroom window. Sun very bright in the morning. We would recommend this property if you need a clean, nice place to stay. Plus parking is included!

Nashville Adventure
The condo was wonderful. It is very welcoming and comfortable and has a beautiful balcony and deck. It had everything we needed for a long weekend in Nashville. We would highly recommend this location. Using Uber to get downtown was perfect! We would stay here again on our next visit to Nashville. The only negative comment we have is concerning the written check in instructions were not very clear, but a helpful visitor gave us the info we needed. Thank you.

Fantastic.
The condo was clean and well appointed. It was only a 20 minute walk to the MCC, Ryman auditorium and other down town attractions. It was missing a shower curtain but there were enough extra sheets and towels that we could rig up a curtain. ( I didn't try to contact the owners about this because I was busy, so I can't comment on their response). The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for us. Lots of space and privacy. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends.
