This lakefront home is an entertainer’s paradise with 2 patios, an indoor pool, a boat dock, a Hot Tub, a game room with a pool table, yard games, and enough room for friends and family. This is the perfect destination for a family retreat, only 15 miles from the heart of Nashville! You get the best of both worlds with a nice private and peaceful property while just being a short drive from the most popular places and restaurants Nashville has to offer!
The owners have spared no expense in creating an incredibly relaxing, beautifully appointed, one-of-a-kind escape. All furniture is brand new! Enjoy the privacy and seclusion in one of the many coves of Old Hickory Lake. The home has a large back patio and yard that comes complete with loungers, a grill, and easy access and flow to the indoor pool! Also, you will love the walk down to the boat dock so that you to take in the beautiful sunsets while you fish!
Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

The home is pre-set for 12 guests and 7 beds but can be set up with 8 beds upon request and approval by the owner. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 12 people with existing beds, however, twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers can be requested. (Available upon request) Boat slip use is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Fee would apply. Boat dimensions will be needed.
