We had the best stay at this hotel, everyone was very accommodating. Was taken care of with an early check in when our flight arrived before the check in time. Everyone was always so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with different varies each day. We really appreciated the daily shuttle service always accommodating every time we needed a ride. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Nashville!

The breakfast selection was a great mix of cold and hot items, fresh coffee, and very clean dining area. Room was very clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and parking was only $10. Very nice location and quick access to downtown activities. My wife and I really liked the modern look and how cozy the room was! Will stay again at the Nashville location!!!

The only setback for this property was the shuttle service! They need to have set times the service runs, instead of one off calls to the driver to pick up. We had called for shuttle service, the driver said he would pick us up in 15 minutes and we came down to the meeting point in 10, the driver apparently came early and left with another party. We called him and he stated he was there and we weren’t, he told us he could pick us up in 20 min, We ended up getting a Uber! We had a scheduled event we needed to be at.

Nice new hotel. Great decoration and lots of seating in the lobby. Nice gym area with Peloton bikes, a paid laundry area, and a warm saltwater pool. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds and clean sheets. I had a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, real dishware and silverware, and a dishwasher. Air conditioner works but was loud and annoying. Breakfast was pretty good: waffles, biscuits, egg sandwiches, potatoes, yogurt machine, cereal... Coffee was decent. Standard checkout at noon is nice. No shuttle to downtown unfortunately.
