Nice area, nice place
We were in town visiting my daughter. This location served our puposes and was in a convenient area. The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. All in all, i recommend this location for your future travel plans.

This little place in the heart of Hillsboro was perfect for our visit. Located within walking distance of shops and restaurants and just minutes from Belmont as well as easy highway access. We appreciated the descriptive check in and out folder with fun to-do recommendations. Thanks for a fun stay

We had a wonderful girls weekend here! The location was great. 15 min to the airport, waking distance to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and great restaurants. Quick and easy Uber to downtown! Highly recommend

Perfect location and super-cute space
This was our first time to Nashville, so we were unsure of which location to choose. We lucked out because almost everything we wanted to do was within a 10 minute drive. The neighborhood felt safe and the studio was bright and comfy. We would definitely recommend it to a friend!

This studio apartment was perfect for my s/o and I, it was very roomy and very clean! The check in and out process was so easy, everything with the home was perfect! It is a little bit from broadway for us it was great to have some down time after so much chaos during the day. It says it’s within walking distance from down town I would say it is, but after seeing the traffic and the abundant amount of accidents I don’t know that walking would be ideal. All around we absolutely loved this stay and would book it again!

Aloha Alece, We felt totally spoiled over the graduation weekend of our grandson “B”. We had everything we needed or could have wished for at our fingertips in your adorable Coachhouse property. Everything was so welcoming and cozy. The perfect respite from all the chaos of a graduation party. Best of all it’s just steps from downtown Hillsboro Village, the Vanderbilt campus, great restaurants and shopping. Despite the Saturday morning rain, our weekend was perfect. We hated to leave but we will definitely be back. Mahalo nui loa

Perfect for our doggie family
It's so hard to find a decent place to stay with multiple pets. I know pets can be destructive, but we are responsible owners and were so happy to find this gem near music row. It is small, studio style, which is apparent on the listing. It is well equipped with everything you might need, and we even found space for our medium and large dog crates in there! We loved staying here and would 100% book again. Thanks so much for having us and our doggos. It means a lot to be able to bring them with us. They got to see the Parthenon!

Quaint cute and unbeatable location!!
We had such a fabulous "first time" visit as a couple in Nashville! This location is safe and well situated with convenient access to everything you could possibly want to do while in town. Dedicated and free off street parking is a huge plus for those who are using a car while in town. Functional little kitchen area with fridge and stove for those leftovers because who is really cooking while in town? lol This cosy and cute property is best for a single couple or a couple with a small child. As there isn't a huge amount of room for baggage or a place for cosmetics/toiletries for too many people. If we ever visit Nashville again it's definitely one we would consider staying in again.

Just Perfect
This is a cute little place. It’s laid out so well. The bed is so comfy. I did not want to leave and I’m seriously gonna buy a new bed like this, when I get back home, it was a dream. Everything was right where you needed it. That’s great. There was a full fridge and you could make your own food and all the kitchen amenities were there to cook for you or a couple of guests. It is a studio apartment. There were also a bunch of board games and card games in the living room dresser. Coffee and tea was also provided. A lot of amenities are within 5 to 15 minutes of walking which made it so convenient. This section of town is a college town so you will also enjoy the hustle and bustle of this little neighborhood. People also ride their bike or use a skateboard and also walk the neighborhood in this area. The people here are nice and friendly. Enjoy your stay. He will not be disappointed.

Sweet carriage house in Hillsboro Village
I had a wonderful stay in the carriage house and will return. The space is very stylish and has everything you’ll need, from a well-appointed kitchen, comfy bed, nice towels and linens, and a parking spot right out front. Communication with Alece was very easy and she was proactive in making sure all was well. Hillsboro Village has great restaurants and shops in walking distance. Great place to stay when visiting Nashville.

Great place close to VUMC
This was great for my trip to Vanderbilt. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the medical center and very close to restaurants and a grocery store. I loved cozy space and decor. Parking is right outside the door which was extremely convenient for unloading/loading the car. I brought a sound machine and definitely recommend one as I could here the upstairs guests walking around. The bed was comfortable and the place had everything I needed.

Wonderful stay
We stayed in Nashville to tour Vanderbilt University and spend some fun times in Music City, USA. Both were nothing less than spectacular!! The accommodations were wonderful and we were so thankful to bring the dogs! Parking was also great, 1 spot right out front of the studio with a roof top awning that protected the car against the brutal sun and heat (and it was a hot week at 102* some days). The property contained all the necessary supplies you would need. Only the bed was a little uncomfortable but the pull out couch was fine. I would recommend this property to anyone and I hope to be back soon!

This property was a great place for our visit to Nashville. It’s close to many restaurants and shops allowing for plenty of walkable options to enjoy. The property itself was comfortable and an ideal place to relax.
