Nice place to stay

Overall a great place to stay! Within walking distance to most things you'd want to do in downtown Nashville. Wonderful accommodations and very clean. The only thing that could have been explained a little better before we arrived was the parking situation. Also there is no leasing office that we could find, but the concierge of the apartment building was able to answer questions we had when we arrived.

This is a private apartment rental. The suite was nice and clean, building was nice and clean. You are only able to enter/exit apartment and elevators etc with the phone app. So make sure your phone is charged and don’t loose it or you are not getting into the building or the apartment.

This place was in the perfect area walkable to everything. The place was very nice with a pool, hot tub, great gym. The only problem we had was that we couldn’t get in earlier as stated, then when we called & emailed I didn’t hear back from them & had to wait an hour to get the code. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again.

We booked our stay to see Sabrina Carpenter, which was literally a three minute walk from Bridgestone Arena. I will never say anywhere else if I’m attending anything at the arena because it was the easiest and best place to stay the nightlife is unbeatable.

My two sisters and I took a trip to meet our brother. The property was great. We would’ve appreciated maybe a few bottles of water or a little information for where we could get a few supplies for our weekend. Also, we could’ve used information on how to use the elevator. Did not know we needed to put the phone app next to the button. Luckily a nice person came along and showed us. Not a big deal. Just thought it would be helpful for your next guests.

The location is superb!!! Upscale property at boulivard mall with a food hall & entertainment just a step outside of the lobby. Walkable to all the hotspots downtown without all the night noise at the building The apartment was spotless and the view was spectacular! Parking, the Latch app, which elevators and how the elevators work took a long time to figure out, but customer service stayed on the phone the whole time until I was in the apartment itself. I will stay w Global Luxury again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Global Luxury Suites in downtown Nashville, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the amazing attractions Nashville has to offer. P The suite itself was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry were fantastic additions, and the furnishings were both stylish and functional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The building’s amenities, including the fitness center and lounge areas, were top-notch and added to the overall experience. What truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the feeling of being at home while enjoying all the perks of a high-end stay. I highly recommend Global Luxury Suites to anyone visiting Nashville and looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and sophistication. I can’t wait to return!

Stop using digital check in.

Check in and digital keys were awful. I have a brand new iPhone, and the Latch app was incredibly glitchy. Made me late and cost me time nearly every time I left or came into the property. I’m 31 Very tech savvy, and I cannot recommend enough switching from the Latch app.

GREAT stay. Highly recommended. I was nervous with the reviews that mentioned difficulties with access. But it was completely fine. Download the Latch app one day prior to arrival when you get the email. Otherwise you’re fine. Incredible view. Beautiful 8th floor pool. Great location. Full living accommodations. Even 22 stories up, you can hear all of the bands below. So if you are a very light sleeper, I might recommend some earbuds. But it’s pretty minimal. Loved having all of the food options, nearby, including the famous Hattie B fried chicken. Highly recommend elixir, the coffee shop across the street. Felt very high-end. I wish there was a little bit more hot water, but I take long showers. Overall, highly recommended. Even as a solo female traveler. Working during the day remotely.

Great location, poor communication

The apartment was great, and location was ideal. The building is very nice and the apartment was well furnished and very clean. The front desk staff at the building were friendly and nice, but are unable to assist with the electronic door locks. The management company that owns the apartments was very difficult to reach. I wasn’t able to checkin until I could speak to someone there. I was able to access my apartment via the app, but not the exterior doors to the building, elevators, or amenities such as the pool. On my 2nd day they provided a code that they said would allow access to these, but it did not work. I responded to their text stating this and they didn’t answer me until the following day after I had already checked out. I was unable to use any of the building amenities and had to wait outside the more convenient entrance for other residents to enter, or go to the entrance on the other side of the block where there was a concierge. However this entrance was up a steep ramp into a valet drop off area.

The property management company messed up my check in with the LATCH App and then no one responded to their "after hours" number nor the email sent to get help. I had to get a last minute room at another hotel for that night. It then took 4 hours and 5 phone calls the following morning, which started with ME calling THEM, to finally get someone who actually corrected the Latch App issues so we could use it. I communicated with the customer service during the trip who assured me they would make it right. 3 weeks later I was told that they would not be reimbursing me for the night I had to get a room and wasn't able to check in because they "had no record" of me trying to get assistance checking in that night. So apparently the multiple emails and phone calls just disappeared. Be sure you check in during "working hours" cause if you do not there will be no assistance from Global Luxury and then they will stiff you for any costs due their THEIR mistake. Its a shame cause the property, area, and local building staff was very good.
