It has been completely renovated with a classic Southern cottage style and filled with decor that will make you feel right at home! Located in the heart of Franklin, you are a short walk away from restaurants, live entertainment, boutique shopping, antique stores, the restored Historical Franklin Theater, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, local tours and more! We very much enjoyed our stay in this cute duplex. We were fortunate not to have neighbors during our stay, but appreciated the separate outdoor as well as indoor spaces. The home is within walking distance of both downtown, and The Factory. The fish tacos at Mojo’s Tacos were amazing!

A very beautiful, quaint and clean home in a quiet safe neighborhood that is walkable to town and The Factory. The home had all the amenities we needed. The Roku TV had many stations, however, not any stations that carried the Sunday night and Monday night football games.We loved our stay!

This property was very charming
My cousin and I stayed here while attending a Christian conference in Brentwood, TN. The location was perfect- we were able to drive into Nashville, walk to downtown Franklin and the Factory shops, and easily drive to our conference. The house was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property!
