This luxe vacation rental is one of five gorgeous townhomes together- In a PRIME LOCATION, only one street over from West End Avenue, which turns into Broadway/Downtown, only a 4 minute Uber ride to all of the Midtown bars and restaurants, and only a block away from beautiful Centennial Park and one of Nashville's most stunning landmarks "The Parthenon"...Doesn't get any better! :) These are upscale, designed to the 9's homes laid out to comfortably to sleep 12 people in 4 magnificent bedrooms! Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, stunning outdoor space, and the soaring ceilings! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

Fabulous Holiday Stay!!

As our family has grown we have become bigger fans of renting houses vs multiple hotel rooms. Luckily we have always had good experiences but our recent Nashville experience was one of our best. Great property and great location. Lauren was fabulous and we had a great family gathering for Thanksgiving l! Highly recommend!

Everything with this property was fabulous. Location, communication with owner, decor, cleanliness, etc. There are only a couple of details to pay attention to make sure this works with your group needs: 1-If you’re looking for 1 bathroom to each room, this layout does not offer that. 2-One of the bedrooms has a floor to ceiling window wall without curtains, so there is no sleeping in.

Incredible house in safe location

The house is just amazing for large groups. This was awesome place to stay. The hosts even provided snacks for us in the kitchen which was such a nice touch. I would highly recommend staying here. It is just a quick, cheap ride share away from Broadway.

Loved the location! Awesome neighborhood. Short Uber to Broadway. Lovely home. You could not here any noise from the rest of the house in the primary bedroom. Got a great night sleep in the quiet room. Manager was responsive to emails prior to visit and and very accommodating.
