This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps six. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. Two bedrooms & two full baths with a Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Three TVs, one in living room and one in each bedroom. Blu-ray DVD player in living room and DVD players in each bedroom. Keurig coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started.
Just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy and inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! This property is in a great location (close to the river and Broadway, etc) with plenty of parking. It fits 4 adults perfectly, was clean and the host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a downtown Nashville visit!

This condo was exactly as described. Close enough to attractions to catch a Lyft for under $10 (4 people including tip) but far enough to not be overwhelmed by crowds when you had enough. We would definitely stay with this host again!

So cozy and close to everything!
Loved the view of the river from this cozy place. It had everything we needed. Only a mile and a half from Broadway. Very clean and loved the covered parking.
