Condo on edge of Downtown, close to The Gulch, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt U, Marathon Village, The Parthenon, and more! We have multiple units so can accommodate larger groups in adjacent units (Ask us). Experience Nashville and all its bars, honky tonks, and great restaurants. The entire condo is updated with new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steel sink.

Convenient to Downtown, Midtown, The Gulch, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt - Short Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere! Can walk if you're industrious.

Short visit to Nashville
We had a great time. Location was good. A short bike ride or Uber got us where we wanted to go. The property was very clean and comfortable. Communicating with Susan was great. We arrived late Friday night and it was easy to get into the property. It had everything we needed. Made breakfast there and lunch and dinner out. Would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Great Stay in Nashville
Our stay at this very clean and convenient property was exactly what we were looking for. Our hosts provided nice little touches like cold water bottles for our arrival , snack bars and oatmeal packets for our stay. The property was well stocked and even had luggage racks in each bedroom. Our hosts gave us great recommendations for Nashville sights, entertainment and restaurants. We used rideshare apps to get where we needed to go and this saved us money compared to a car rental. Overall, this was a good choice and we highly recommend this property.

You can tell the hosts have done this for a while because they included many thoughtful conveniences at the apartment like a basket of oatmeal, granola bars, and popcorn and toothbrushes/paste if you forget yours. The only thing a bit weird was the unlevel floors (Unit A). I thought I was dizzy until I noticed it was the floor and not my balance that was off. Haha. Not a big deal. Very clean and nice place. The owners were very considerate, leaving a few snacks (cereal bars, popcorn), toothpaste and extra disposable toothbrushes, shampoo, and conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Making it convenient to not have to run to the store if you forgot something. Location was a big bonus because the cost for Uber downtown was only $20!!! Down sides.....being on the bottom floor, the upstairs guests moving around is very loud. Also, the bathroom is small with no counterspace. Not a big deal if you just have 3 people staying but if you filled up the place with 6 people, the bathroom would be an issue. However, overall a great place and we will be back!!!

Perfect Affordable location in downtown Nashville
The owners were nice and very attentive and had thought of everything with all the apartment had stocked and all of the little extra added amenities. The place is nicely decorated and clean , with everything and more that we needed. It was a great location close enough for a reasonably priced Uber ride(15 mins or less depending on traffic) but far enough out from downtown that the price was affordable. We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday and I would love to stay again should I come back to the area.

This place is small but has everything you need to be comfortable and free parking. It is close to downtown and nothing we wanted to do was more than 10 a minute drive. The owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

The communication was very good and we had no problem with accessing the property. It was clean and our needs were all addressed. If you might be traveling with older individuals it is a loud unit due to the type of heating and cooling. Hard to hear the TV over the unit. The unit is also very humid.
