Other Things to Note:
- No windows in this suite due to the building’s historic design.
- Due to its historical significance as a row building constructed in 1875, this particular suite does not feature windows. - Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.
- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

We had a blast in Nashville & we’re so happy we found this little hidden gem to stay in. Small room, similar to a hotel or interior cabin on a cruise ship. No windows/view but you can’t beat the location. We’ll be back

Great downtown location
We had a wonderful time at the Riverfront Lofts. It is the perfect location, in the heart of downtown, and walking distance to everything. The front entrance to the building is right on the main street with lots of action and fun outside, yet the rooms are nice and quiet. The hotel-esque room was a good size for the 2 of us for our 2 night stay, and was very clean. Brittainy was extremely responsive to all of my questions pre-arrival and accommodated our early arrival and late check out. One thing to note is that the room was window-less. Didn't bother us at all, but nice to know. We would absolutely stay here again.

Comfy, quiet, and steps away from everything!
We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. I love that you can walk right out the front door of the beautiful building and be steps away from everything! And, Brittany was a fabulous host. She gave us exact directions and details to the location, met us out front and showed us our room, made sure we knew where everything was and gave great suggestions for places to eat and visit! We would definitely stay again!

Loved it!
First, the location is awesome! Secondly, I stayed in a unit in which the AC went bad. They were there to fix it almost immediately! My room was CLEAN and the concierge service was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was great, from the time I booked my trip until the day I got my security deposit back. Great communication and great customer service! Could not ask for more and I will stay there again, for sure. My only "complaint," the hallway leading to the room was rather muggy in the humid weather. Maybe some ceiling fans would do the trick. Other than that...can't wait to return!

Perfect location, less than perfect room, would not stay here again
This room is smaller than a hotel room, dark and with no windows. The coffee maker was broken. Our electricity went out the morning after we arrived. We got ready in the dark. It took over three hours for a maintenance worker to come repair it. My husband took a warm to cold shower, leaving me with no hot water. We contacted the property management and let them know but received no apology or reimbursement. I would absolutely not recommend this room or property company.
