This is a nice home in a quiet, mature neighborhood. The home was cozy and a 7 minute drive to Broadway. Very enjoyable stay.

Cozy Christmas Gathering
The house was located close to downtown Nashville. The kitchen was large and had a nice central bar. All of the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Location and Fantastic Host
East Nashville is a wonderful place to stay, especially for longer visits to Nashville. There are so many great restaurants and activities within walking distance or short drives, that my wife and I were easily able to fill up our month long stay with things to do! Angie as a host is also second to none. Communication was timely, and Angie made sure to always ask how things were going at multiple points during our stay. Highly recommend!

Adorable craftsman, centrally located in a nice neighborhood.
We enjoyed a long football weekend here. Three couples, plenty of room...so cute! Kitchen was ample, house was clean and ready to go. Had a great time and would stay here again as it is near a great brewery!

NICE HOUSE
House was perfect for quick stay in Nashville. In a nice, cute neighborhood. House was clean, and very comfortable. I got up and made breakfast for my family and had all the pans and utensils to make it. Angie was very nice and communicated promptly when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Nashville thank you Jon Davis

Quick trip to Nashville
Check in process was easy and the house was clean. We had 6 adults staying here and there was plenty of room for us to hang out in the living room/ kitchen area . I would stay here again if we come back to Nashville . Quick Uber ride to downtown also. We had plenty of towels but I would suggest that there be a few more wash clothes.

First time in Nashville and in East Nashville. Enjoyed our stay very much. Location was good. Can walk to a few places and short Uber ride to downtown. House needs an overhaul with lots of lights out, broken doors and plumbing (i.e., upstairs shower and kitchen sink leaky); stained upolstery; dusty. Kitchen was great though with excellent gas stove. Needed that for Xmas. Beds were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood seemed safe.

Nashville Weekend
Had a wonderful time. House was in a great location for all things in Nashville. Cute little neighborhood! Beautiful kitchen but canā€™t speak too much about the contents as we pretty much just made coffee and were out the door each morning. Air conditioning worked great! All three bedrooms were comfortable. Overall a really wonderful place and would recommend it. Only two complaints which were one of downstairs beds was extremely noisy and we had no WiFi for the entire weekend. The hosts were quick to respond to internet issues but were unable to fix and they did honor my request for a credit when I asked. Hope they fix the bed for the next guest.

Overall everything was great! Location was good, maybe 15 min ride to Broadway. Suggestion to change the mattress in the downstairs room. But other than that everything was perfect for our little getaway! Angie was very responsive as well!! Thank you
