Wonderful stay!
We loved staying at the Corner Cottage. Stephan has thought of everything, and the location is very convenient to downtown Nashville, just a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again.

Just fabulous!
This property is beautiful inside and out, in a nice neighborhood, and convenient to downtown Nashville and the Green Hills mall. We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to stay here again at our next visit to Nashville!

PERFECT Little Cute Rental
This is the cutest, best decorated with warmth and charm and the owner is such a great host and is a must stay. It's location is perfect especially of you are visiting the civil war sites. We will be back!

We stayed at Stephan's Green Hills home with our older son and his girlfriend while in town visiting our younger son. The home was beautifully decorated and everything was there for us! The location is great to go anywhere in Nashville and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with gorgeous homes.

The Corner Cottage a peaceful place.
The host was definitely a super host. He puts a lot of effort into making the Corner Cottage a peaceful, friendly, and comfortable experience. It will take you a while to appreciate the detail in artistic expression that the host has created for his guests. He exceeds what would be my expectation for five stars providing a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. I would give this host 6 stars.

Southern Charm
This cost cottage felt like we were miles from the city when it was just minutes away. Nestled amongst the towering shade trees, this was the perfect place to retire for the evening, make dinner, and watch the kids catch fireflies in the back yard. Highly recommend!

Perfectly Appointed; But the Host is the Best Part!
This is, by far, the BEST VRBO I have ever stayed in. If you have ever dreamed of living in a perfectly appointed home, this is your chance! The home is a feast for the eyes and abounds with details! You will feel at home immediately and wonder how you "lucked" upon such a beautiful place! However, the best part of the whole stay is the owner. One of his "super powers" is the ability to quickly connect with people. He warmly welcomed our family and made an already special visit even more so. Stay here. You will be so happy that you did!

Amazing!!
This place was simply fabulous!! Stephan was delightful, going above and beyond. The just baked, homemade apple pie that was awaiting us upon arrival was next level!! The house had plenty of space to spread out with several common areas to get comfortable, relax, and enjoy conversation. This experience was above and beyond. Stephan’s hospitality is something to be admired and sought after! I hope to get back here again either with my friends or bring back my little family!

Wedding week and weekend at Belle Meade Historic Site
Stephan is a wonderful host! You could not ask for better! Our daughter was getting married and weeks beforehand, he suggested several people that might could help us out with flowers and other items. He made an awesome apple pie that was enjoyed by several friends and family that stopped by! It was so delicious! This was a very busy week for us with bridal luncheon, rehearsal and the wedding so we had a lot to take to each of these events and Stephan was just accommodating on every level! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cozy cottage
The cottage was the best part of our trip! Communication from Stephan was great and very easy to reach him. The location was perfect: safe neighborhood, within 10-15 minutes of most of our destinations. The décor is beautiful - Stephan's attention to details and tasteful touches are appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. We arranged to bring our dog with us, and he was welcomed by Stephan too! So many homes have a list of rules that are not really pet friendly - we appreciated that this was not the case here. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us!

Absolute Gem
This property has to be the coziest home I've ever stayed in. When my 19 year old son came to visit, the first thing he said after looking around was "this is so cozy", his words not mine. I didn't want to leave! And Stephan is a most gracious host. Easy to communicate and always available. He thinks of everything and even goes to the trouble of having fresh flowers, a first for me with VRBO rentals. I can't recommend this home highly enough. You will not be disappointed!!

Sister's Birthday Getaway
My sister and I came down from the Hendersonville area to spend a few days to celebrate her 75th. We had seen the photos of this home online but nothing could have prepared us for the overall feeling of peace and calm this place exuded. The home was lovingly decorated and appointed for comfort and pleasure and attention was paid to every little detail. We have had many VRBO sister getaways over the years, but this little house on the corner felt like coming home. We can't speak highly enough about Stephen - the homeowner and creator of this wonderful space - and we will be back....even though we live only a half hour away from our own homes, because Stephen made us feel like family. He is to get all the credit for everything good that came from this experience!

Beautiful place to stay in Nashville
Great location, 10/15 minutes from downtown Nashville near great retail, The Bluebird Cafe, and an area of gorgeous homes. A fantastic getaway from the craziness of Lower Broadway, this place is peaceful and decorated like home, only nicer. Every inch of this home is thoughtfully done. I hope I get to come back soon.
