Employees on night shift super nice. The room was clean, bed comfortable. My biggest complaint was a lot of noise but that was beyond their control. Airplane & traffic, outside noise. The bed was a little small for two adults sharing a bed.

Good but needs improvement
Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Convenient location and friendly staff. There seems to be long term stays on the property so there was a significant amount of loud talking/yelling by adults and children as well as a loud TV next door until the wee hours of the morning. They also decided 9 am on a Sunday morning was a good time to drag a pressure washer up and down outside our room to clean the walkways. Too noisy a place for my liking for a get away.

Disappointing Nashville Stay
Outside of hotel was nice and welcoming. The room was pretty gross. Carpet was stained, ceiling was falling apart, and no breakfast at all which was supposed to be provided as part of our stay. No food, and the juice machine was out of order. Definitely not worth the money. Could have stayed elsewhere for the same amount and received what was advertised.

Clean hotel, first hotel with an exterior entrance to our room which we found kind of cool. It was a great location, kind of in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit in Nashville. Breakfast was lacking but didn't bother us, we found some great options close by or on our way to our places of travel. Would stay here again if traveling through Nashville
