We named our home the Urban Oasis because while you’re still in downtown Nashville surrounded by so much, our home allows you to immerse yourself with privacy enabling you to rest and relax while Music City waits just outside your door. The Urban Oasis provides a pleasant, quiet, serene get away space with the feeling that you’re away from it all.

Kitchen Bar seats additional 4 people in the kitchen, Dining table seats 6. The URBAN OASIS Kitchen is stocked and has everything you need. Full pot coffee maker or Keurig is also provided. If there's something specific you need, please ask us and we will try to accommodate the best we can.

DINING ROOM AND LIVING ROOM:
Inside you'll enjoy our handmade rusticated post trestle dining table that seats 6. 4 Industrial Counter Stools to comfortably sit at the Large Kitchen Island. Our living room has a large designer couch with a chaise lounge, Gas Fireplace and a reclining leather chair to enjoy your 50 inch Smart Tv With Roku Technology to watch Hulu, Netflix and more.


BEDROOMS:
Every bedroom is a En-Suite with their own full Bathroom. Cellular Top Down-Bottoms Up Black Out Blinds to keep the room nice and dark if you want to sleep in. Our bedrooms have top of the line mattresses and linens providing the most comfortable night’s sleep. Sleeps 6 - 10 people MAX. Each room is decorated with thoughtful touches that represent the local community, and all beds have super soft linens on comfortable memory for a great night's sleep.


MASTER BEDROOM: The Master suite is HUGE, sexy, classy and comfortable with a walk out balcony. The Master Suite has a Sterns and Foster California King Bed, large walk in closet, 50 inch SMART TV with ROKU and large Master Bath with a large walk in shower with a Rain Fall Showerhead. Double vanity with soft touch cabinetry. Additional Sleeping: 2 Twin Pull Out Sleepers and a Queen Cordaroy Bed.

DOWNSTAIRS GUESTROOM: En-suite. The 2nd Bedroom is rustic, country, cozy with a fun inspiration wall. It has a Memory Foam Queen Mattress with a custom barn wood headboard with attached Mason Jar lighting, 49 inch TV with ROKU, Large walk in closet and Full Bath.

UPSTAIRS GUEST BEDROOM: En-Suite. The 3rd bedroom is sleek and cozy with a rustic chic feel, mid-century nightstands with an inspirational wall and warm touches everywhere. Upstairs Guest bed has a Queen Memory Foam bed with a walk in closet and full bathroom.


LINENS AND ESSENTIALS:
We provide ALL top-of-the-line high thread linens, towels and kitchen essentials to ensure you have a comfortable, easy stay. We have extra pillows and blankets in closets.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING
2 Twin Ottoman pull out sleepers in the Master Bedroom. We have a Queen Size plush Cordaroy sleeper in Master bedroom that sleeps 2. CordaRoy's are awesome! Seen on SHARK TANK! They are large foam filled chair-like bags that you comfortably sit on and then convert into a comfy bed when you're ready to sleep. Super convenient and COMFY!


OUTSIDE:
There is a covered front porch, covered back patio area and there is a covered deck off the Master Bedroom. The Back yard has a wonderful private seating area perfect for entertaining or to enjoy the birds and nature. This home comes equipped with State-of-the-Art Home security inside and out.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: (Outdoor games)
We have a fire pit, outside games for our home to enjoy when hanging at home. Corn Hole & SWOOC GAMES with 15+ GAMES INCLUDED - Choose from Classic Ring Toss or play exclusive SWOOC originals like Last Man Standing and Golf. Designed for all ages and skill levels. Never get bored with T-O-S-S (similar to H-O-R-S-E), Horseshoes, Trap Zone, & more!


INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT:
We have indoor games and cards. There are Smart TVs in the Master Bedroom, Downstairs Bedroom and Living Room. We provide ROKU with all our TV's as well. Bluetooth speaker provided located in the kitchen. There are USB Outlets in kitchen and bedrooms. WIFI throughout. One switch ON and Off Gas Fireplace.


PETS:**
We allow pets on a case by case basis. You must notify us that you are bringing a pet with description. There is a pet $100 fee per pet. 2 pet min. We provide a pet blanket, poop bags and towels to wipe paws. We require you to crate your pets when you leave our home. We can provide a crate if you need one. If your pet sheds, we absolutely do not allow on our furniture at any time. This is to provide a pet hair free home for the homeowners and future guests who may not have pets. Be sure to clean up after your pet, not doing so will result in an additional Cleaning fee. There will be an additional cleaning fee for excess mess or pet hair. You have access to our front and back gated yard.


WIFI
We have FAST WIFI in every room with an extra Wireless Booster for those who need to work. A GREAT home for Music City travelers or those coming to town for business trips.

PARKING
We provide a Private parking Carport Garage that fits 2 cars tightly and 2 other cars in the drive, plus plenty of street parking in front of our home.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Prior to your arrival we will send you all home details to get you ready for your trip. We'll send some discounts on fun nearby attractions, in addition to a list with great restaurants, nearby attractions and more!

We will provide you with water and coffee/tea to get you settled in upon arrival. We provide make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, so you don't have to worry in the event you want to relax at the house and cook up some good food. We have extra pillows and blankets to make it even more comfy for you. As hosts, we are all about our guests having the best experience during their Nashville visit!

SMALL CHILDREN/BABIES:
For BABY GATE, HIGHCHAIR and OTHER BABY ITEMS we've listed as available, these items are provided by REQUEST ONLY from the guest prior to check-in. This is to ensure we have everything you need at our home for you. Please request for the listed available baby items prior to check-in, so we can arrange to have these items at our home.
