Hi def. TV's in every room including sitting area/kitchenette,-Coffee maker/ Refrigerator/Foreman Grill -vented out roof.. The rooms in the depot are large an spacious, each room has comfortable bedding and linen arrangement. There are 2 private bathrooms afforded my guests. This is a private duplex apartment . No Shared space. Although I'm available for any guests may have typically I do not have any interaction. During your stay you will have full run of the large front porch. I live in the downstairs an operate exclusively out of the back of the house . There is stairs from the street up to the patio and from the patio there is a 2 landing stair way to where the guest stay. There is no conventional kitchen.

Incredible location & great communication from host!
We loved the location of this vrbo. It allowed us to walk to coffee shops, restaurants & locally-owned boutiques. Tucked away in a lovely historical neighborhood. The space itself is simple, but we still had everything we needed for a great girls' trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! Will was very communicative and had so many extras. Plenty of towels, Kcups, makeup wipes, water in the fridge, and plenty of others. Rooms are spacious! Quick Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway! We would book again for sure!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. There were a lot of steps and the kitchen and living room area was small but we anticipated this based on the description and it was made up for by the great location close to 12 South street, and very responsive but not intrusive host.

CMA Fest perfect location!
There were four of us, two attending first CMA fest, and two repeaters. This home is located in a great area of Belmont, with many places to eat within walking distance or a short drive away. Also, heading into downtown Nashville daily was a 15 minute breeze! Needless to say, we weren't at the home much of the time, but the photos and descriptions are accurate, and fulfilled our needs.

Family vacation
This property was perfect for our family vacation. Its in a great location, very clean and well taken care off. 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The host was accommodating and great with communication. Definitely would recommend. Can’t wait to go back Nashville.

This property was perfect for our group! We were in Nashville for Tin Pan South festival and had quick Uber rides from the house to different venues at night! 12 South only a couple of blocks away! Great trip!

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay very much. This house is in the perfect location on a quiet street (little busy on weekdays.) If you have issues with steps not the place for you. Plenty of towels. Lot's of coffee pods. Very clean.
