Wonderful condo and location
Great location close to 12s shops and dining! Beautiful condo and perfect for out girls weekend! Easy to Uber or drive into downtown we did both! Comfy beds and nice amenities in the condo! We would stay again.

Great place!
We enjoyed our long weekend stay! Great location, comfy beds, clean, large bedrooms, comfy seating in living area, more than enough space for 5 adults. Centrally located for getting to lots of different parts of town, including Country Music Hall of Fame, downtown, Loveless Cafe, Grand Ole Opry, etc. The 2-car garage was great, and we easily found street parking for a third car.

Really nice place!
We enjoyed this property. This place was very close to everything and big enough to accommodate us. The shower heads were amazing which is a plus to the cleanliness of the bathrooms! Communication response was also great.

My husband and I took my daughter and 5 friends to Nashville to celebrate her 21st birthday. The house was perfect for our weekend. Plenty of room in the house. A quick Uber ride was convenient to so many places in Nashville.

Ladies Weekend
We stayed at this property for a long weekend with a group of 10! The property appeared exactly as described and presented in the listing photos. The host was VERY accommodating, easily available, and helpful. Would definitely recommend for girl groups as the bathrooms are spacious and making getting ready for the night very easy. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

Very close to downtown area. Reasonable Uber prices to get in and out. Place was big and exactly what we needed. Very clean and extremely clear instructions throughout entire experience. Would recommend.

Great Spot for a Large Group
Rented this spot for a 10 gal bachelorette and it worked out perfectly! Living area is comfy enough for everyone to hangout on the couches or floor. Ubers were easy and cheap to and from Broadway. We did get a random teenager ringing the doorbell nonstop one morning… I wouldn’t recommend walking around the neighborhood at night or hanging out outside. Other then that, good spot!

Clean, large and well appointed
This VRBO is exactly as it appears in the listing. We had 7 adults/family members and we all had plenty of space to stretch out when needed and come together in the common areas. The immaculate unit has comfortable beds with a well appointed kitchen. The washer and dryer has pods and fabric softener sheet as well as an ironing board. Entry and exit process was easy.

Nice Stay
Traveled with friends and family. House set up was perfect and just like the photos. Check in process was very easy. Property management was super responsive. The house was a little farther away from the Gulch and Broadway than we would have liked..nothing was really walkable. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness…a lot of the wall had weird splash marks or white chalk like marks on them and floors and baseboards were a little dirty. Overall a nice stay.

Nashville Long Weekend Getaway
Great location for a trip to Nashville. For those who don't mind a little walking, downtown, entertainment, and restaurants are roughly a mile away. If you prefer not to walk, an Uber was available to take you downtown in less than 10 minutes and less than $10. While there were plenty of beds available for a larger group, it's best for no more than three couples if you want a little privacy. There's a room with a queen size bed on the first floor, a room on the 2nd floor with a king size bed, and another room on the 2nd floor with 2 queen size beds situated across from each other (shared room). There's also a bunk bed located in the basement, and a pull out couch in the living room. Having a personal 2 car garage available for parking vehicles is nice as well. Overall our group was all very happy with the accommodations, and we would stay here again.

Beautiful home but sketchy area
I’ll start with the best parts - the home is beautiful and the listing description is accurate. The garage parking is a definitely a plus and the proximity to the Gulch and downtown Nashville/Broadway was good! We were there for New Year’s Eve and hotels right off Broadway were insanely expensive for our group of 8. The communication with the property owners was awesome and they were super responsive. Here’s where we struggled - the neighborhood just 2 blocks away is super sketchy. As 8 adults, we walked around during the day and quickly realized it wasn’t safe outside the house. We especially felt that way at night (granted it was New Years Eve), but we heard gunshots several times and someone was confirmed shot on the news just 2 blocks south on Wedgewood. If you plan to be out of the house a lot and just need a place to lay your head, go for it. But we were worried enough that we wouldn’t personally go back. I can absolutely see how the neighborhood is trying to be revitalized, and the houses look super cute on that block. The house itself was spacious and fit all 8 of us - it just wasn’t a great night to experience for our group based on safety concerns.

for the money not worth it! not clean, kitchen items not working
when arrived to make myself a beverage attempted to get some ice. the ice maker did not work. i messaged them and they said sorry, can’t get anyone out there for a week, then they sent someone out to fix it the next day after i reported i was not happy with that. however it never worked the whole stay. they advertised they had shampoo, conditioner and soap in all the showers which the shower upstairs both were out of soap and condititioner. front bedroom upstairs the bathroom door would not shut all the way as well as the door to the bedroom. lots of dust bunnies everywhere ! faucet in downstairs sink was coated with brown stuff. for the price i paid for this i expected everything to be exceptional and it was a big disappointment!!!

Nice place in Nashville
Condo is great and really loved being able to park inside a garage. I had my car broken into one time on vacation and was no fun. Place is great but is getting to the point that it needs a complete paint job otherwise very clean. One minor problem was the ice maker did not work. not a big deal. all in all a good place to stay.

Bachelorette Party Making Do
Overall this was fine for our party of eight. We are all in over 30, mostly moms, and no one wanted wild or crazy. We wanted clean and well apportioned. What we got was a poorly stocked kitchen (no cutting boards or large bowls), no trash bags, hand soap in the bathroom was what is left when there’s no soap and you fill the bottle with water, no full sized iron board, no laundry soap but three things of fabric softener, dirty dishes that had been put back in the cabinets (including a pot full of dirty water), dirty blankets that were left balled up on the closet floor, and a thick coating of dust bunnies on the fabric headboards. The Uber driver told us not to walk in the neighborhood at night and the house directions told us to lock the house at all times. The bunk bed downstairs was not safe for the top level for an adult so I’m glad we had one person cancel or that bed would not have been an option. I think the gulch and east Nashville are so cute but this property was definitely not someplace I would stay again.
