The property worked perfect for us. It was new, fresh and modern. We loved that it was walking distance to Broadway and the Gulch area. There were a number of unique amenities at the property including music room and golf simulator. Staff were responsive and friendly. Definitely would stay there again.

Very nice property. Communication was very nice and checkin was easy. It was a nice area to stay in, and we could walk to most places within 10-15 minutes. The only down fall to the apartment was the shower. There is no door on it, just a small partition wall, so water gets everywhere. Overall it was great though.

It was a very nice building. I liked that we had access to all the amenities; which were great. The apartment was very nice. The communication was horrible. Getting the keys to access the apartment was a nightmare, there was 3 of us and although our id’s were sent they made it very difficult for the first person that arrived to access the apartment. The instructions that were given was not accurate. We paid extra for parking for 2 vehicles, which should have been included in the rental fee since it was pricey. Getting out of the parking garage was difficult. The parking pass allowed one vehicle out but not the other vehicle. We had to get help from the front desk. I had to call them so many times about an issue, before we even got in the apartment. After booking the process was so frustrating I almost canceled the reservation. It wasn’t worth the cost. They called me a week and a half later asking for the cleaning fee which I thought was included in the fees. We made the best out of the visit.

As far as the condo goes, it was great. The only complaints were the bathroom floor could have used a good mopping, and the bedroom is too small for the furniture in the room (there is only about 18 inches between the end of the bed and the dresser - with two people, someone was going to hit their shin on the bedframe, and of course, it was me). Loved having a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and washer dryer. Close enough that Ubering to Broadway bars was economical. The real downside was that the management company was clueless. I did not receive the email with the code for check in, parking per day was advertised at one rate, and had to insist on it when they tried to charge double, and was told I would have to pay the parking and cleaning fee at the facility at check in, only to be told by the concierge that they do not accept the payments. No easy to find phone number to talk with Greystone, and multiple people sending emails to me about the same issue, but no follow up. Over all, we were happy with the rental, but be prepared for a headache on the paperwork.

I liked the condition of the property. It was a little far away from the honky tonks on broadway. There wasn’t a door on the shower so the bathroom floor would get wet.

We booked last minute. Check in was very confusing. We arrived at 9pm and no one was at the check in desk even though they said until 10pm. The next day I had emailed about parking and didn’t get a response until 3:16am so we paid for parking down the road. The apartment was nice. Bedroom was small but perfect for two! We did find that the light on the left side of the bed was flickering the entire stay so we kept that off and the bathroom wasn’t extremely clean. Long black hair in shower, especially near soaps. I have long red hair so wasn’t mine. Shower drain didn’t seem extremely sanitized, as well as vanity counter tops! Overall I’d give it an 8/10 with some improvement in the communication and cleanliness.

My youngest son had a baseball tournament in the Nashville area, so we spent 5 days. As a single parent I like the idea that your room key had to be used in the elevator and you could only go to that floor. My boys enjoyed a few hours at the pool. The downside was I had to pay for parking, $10 per card per day. I think they should at least give you 1 parking space including with your stay. Our apartment only had 3 bath towels and I booked for 2 adults and 1 teenager, so it would of been nice if we had 2 towels per person so I didn’t have to wash our towels each day., also an extra pillow and blanket for the sofa. Nice having a washer and dryer since we had uniforms to wash each day. I would highly recommend this apartment.
