This is a two story Cape Cod style house located between the towns of Narrowsburg and Callicoon NY. Open concept layout on the main floor with new PB furniture for lounging. Great for hanging out & having dinner parties. Fully stocked kitchen, main floor laundry and bathroom. Spacious grounds to walk around and have a big bonfire (yes, even in the winter we light one). Outdoor grill. Tons of parking space. Explore the charm of the area which hosts tons of immersive cultural seasonal events.

Open concept layout on main floor with a farmhouse style. Many windows to look out at the beauty of nature. Main floor has two separate seating areas and an open kitchen stocked with all necessary cooking supplies. One bathroom on main floor with a new bed and linens. Upstairs floor has 2 bedrooms with brand new beds and linens. Porches on front and back. Spacious 1.5 acres to roam around to enjoy the beauty of the area. Guests have access to the entire house.
