Countryside Escape · Pond/Hot Tub · Cabin Blhues

Tucked away in the countryside of Narrowsburg, Cabin Blhues (@cabinblhues) sits on 3+ acres of natural paradise. The cabin provides the perfect balance between modern comforts and country-life ambiance. We are in close proximity to all the wonderful gems that The Catskills has to offer, allowing for an adventure filled escape from your day-to-day.

I’m not available in person, but I am always available through the communication provided.

Located 2.5 hours from NYC, the hamlet of Narrowsburg sits on the Delaware River between the Catskill Mountains and the Pocono Mountains. Thanks to an influx of new shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, Narrowsburg is known by locals as the pioneer “hotspot” in Sullivan County — and it’s long held its own for years now as one of the coolest getaways from NYC.

From the moment you hit the road, the fun begins because the drive is part of the magic of a visit to Narrowsburg. Expect lots of peace signs and doves painted on the sides of barns — not far away is the original site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival at Bethel Woods. On the journey home, make sure to route your drive to Route 97 through Barryville and along the Delaware River; a portion of this drive is called The Hawk’s Nest and it’s considered one of the most scenic drives in New York State. From there, the road dumps you into Port Jervis, where you stop to shop and eat, then can catch Route 23 though New Jersey all the way home on back roads though High Point State Park.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the surrounding property and woods.

Inside:

Living Room: As you walk in, you will find yourself in the living space. There you'll find a comfortable sitting area, smart TV, games and more.
Kitchen/Dining: Within the same open space, you will find the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen if fully stocked with everything you may need and a spacious table for 6.

Primary Bedroom/Bathroom: Continuing past the kitchen, you’ll enter into the primary bedroom & bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, comfortable linen, smart TV, small work area and modern decor. The primary bathroom is spacious with an oversized walk-in rain shower and all the essentials.

On the other side of the cabin, walking past the kitchen and living area, you’ll find the two other bedrooms and the second bathroom.

Second Bedroom: On the far side of the cabin, you'll find the second bedroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a wonderful boho design theme and views of the pond.

Third Bedroom: The other bedroom is a twin bed with a trundle, designed to entertain children while still having a mature feel to it for adult guests.

Second Bathroom: The bathroom has a bath/shower and all the essentials.

Outside:

Back Deck: From the sliding doors to the backyard, you’ll find a BBQ grill on the attached back deck.

Floating Deck:Continuing past the back deck you’ll find stepping stones to the floating deck. The floating deck is surrounded by string lights and has a hot tub and outdoor dining.

Front Deck: Stepping out the front door, you will find wonderful lounge seating.

Fire Pit Area: Tucked away in the trees just a few steps off the front porch there is a mesmerizing fire pit area that is secluded and surrounded by trees.

Pond: Off to the side of the house is a divine pond with two benches to sit out on and a second fire pit.

Enjoy the scenic drives that Upstate New York has to offer.

The cabin is located in a very rural area, there is wildlife in the surrounding forests.

The Hot tub is available year round.

Cozy Catskills Stay
We had a great time with friends at this property. The home itself was cozy and plenty roomy for our needs. We especially enjoyed the quiet location and admiring the woods from the hot tub. Communication with the owner was super smooth.

We enjoyed this rental for a family wedding in the area at the Eldred Preserve, which was not too far away. Maxwell was very communicative, the rental was very clean and comfortable!
