Fabulous simple beach house with all the amenities. On dead-end street with big yard, deck, patio, OUTDOOR SHOWER. The house is only 14 years old so everything is new and clean. The upstairs (2 BR, 1 bonus room, 1 bath) was just completed in August of 2019 and has central air conditioning!

Relax on the deck or patio after a day at the beach. Very large bedroom with large closet on first floor. Other first floor bedroom has twin beds. Full bathroom on each floor. Upstairs completely new - first used in July of 2020.

Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, blender, you name it) with separate eating area that opens to deck and patio.

Close to town and state beaches, shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. Minutes from Block Island Ferry, 25 minutes to Newport.

Please note that sheets and towels are not included, but linen service is available for an extra charge ($125) - please notify in advance so arrangements can be made with the housekeeper.

We needed more room for our family vacation so 2 families stayed here. They loved the location & especially the patio for breakfast each day. The twin beds were perfect do the cousins could sleep in a different room night by night. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Bachelorette Weekend
9 of us stayed at this home, and it was perfect. The backyard was perfect for hanging out and talking and the location was perfect for taking walks to the beach, to get ice cream or coffee. Check in was super easy and Karen was a great resource when checking in.

Me and my family had an amazing time. The house is spacious, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We had a large group and was able to sit comfortably while watching a movie, playing games and eating. The beach is right down the road with lots of places to explore. Suzie was the nicest, kindest, gracious host.

First Suzie is a good communicator which is essential to a good vacation rental experience. The house was as advertised. The house was clean. The linens were good. For us, the location was good. We could walk into town. Good parking. Check in and check out was very easy.

First cousins weekend after Covid
Five of us got together for a long weekend just to enjoy each others company. House was fabulous and just what we needed. Susan was very friendly and accommodating, answered all of our questions immediately, and did everything she could to make our stay great. We had a fantastic time.

Just Perfect!

Girls weekend getaway
We are a group of seven women & this house worked out great for us ! Kitchen set up had everything we needed, The Big table on the outdoor patio was great , beds very comfortable & love that there are two rooms w twin beds , enough room for all ! Weather was not cooperative so the ferry to Block Isl was out , but we are already talking about going back next year. Great spot !

Great location with plenty of room
This 5 bedroom property was just what we needed. We were all attending a wedding that week. It is listed as a 3 bathroom but there are only 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The bathrooms are nice and we were able to all get ready for all the events with no issues. We walked to the beach every day.

Home away from home
This was our second summer vacationing at the house. We love the location and the quiet street! House is very comfortable and can host two families easily. The couch could use a replacement and maybe more seating in the tv area. :) We are looking forward to next summer!

Graduation Weekend
It was exactly what we needed! We were here for our daughters graduation from URI. We had extended family with us and we all fit with plenty of space. The dogs were welcome, and there was no dog smell that some dog friendly rentals have!!! We were within walking distance of the trails so I could take them for exercise every morning!! We have been visiting here a few times a year for the past 5 years and we have always done hotels or motels, I would come back to this house again!!! Everything was perfect! Thank you.

Comfort and upgrades would help
The location is great. Upgrading a very low and uncomfortable sofa would greatly improve the comfort of the living room. One of the guests hurt himself when a kitchen chair collapsed on him. And other one also broke. He is not an overly big man. We like to cook and the cookware and bakeware were well worn. There was only one larger bowl. The bathrooms were nicely done and the decor was lovely.

Family gathering for a Memorial Service
We had plenty of room for 9 people for 3 days . House was very clean and ready for us except there was almost no toilet paper in either bathroom ( less than 1/2 roll and no extras in either bathroom). Owner was aware that we were traveling from 3 distant states and most were flying in. There were also almost no paper towels and no spare supply. I was unaware that we would need a linen service ($125.00) until after I made the reservations. The owner said that previous renters brought their own. I would also suggest an additional nighttime security lock for both the front and back doors. We really enjoyed the use of this house - it suited our needs and was quite comfortable. My issues above are small and we made a joke of them but perhaps the owner should consider adequate supplies of essential items, especially for such a short stay.
