This centrally located, character filled, original weather-board home provides comfortable and relaxed holiday accommodation for up to 12 guests, enough for two or more families or a large group of friends.
Commanding some of the best views of any property on the South Coast, the elevated north facing aspect from the large wrap around verandah will memorise you with its views of Narooma’s famous inlet and the ocean and beaches to the north. On a clear day, the elevated hills and mountain range surrounding Ulladulla over 100 kilometres away, can be seen on the horizon.
Within a short walk of a wonderful kids park and playground, the wharf, the cinema, two pubs, bank and various shops, convenience is at your doorstep.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, 2 fridge/freezers and all standard electrical appliances. It adjoins a separate dining area that comfortably seats 10-12 people.
The property is serviced by continuous instant gas hot water supplying two showers and gas heating in the separate living room and the kitchen/dining area for those cooler days and nights. The main large bathroom includes a combined shower with base suitable for bathing young children. The laundry includes a second shower. A second toilet is located under cover of the large wrap around veranda.
Outdoor seating and table allow for dining and enjoying that morning coffee on the veranda. Easy to use BBQ makes the perfect addition to cook that freshly caught fish or sausage sizzle for the kids.
Off street parking is available for up to 4-6 cars at the rear of the property.

Warning: This property is located in a residential area. It is not a party house and the use of the property as such will not be tolerated. We ask that you respect the surrounding neighbours and keep noise to a minimum (including outdoor BBQ activity). If Whale Coast Realty receive any noise complaints during your stay the booking may be cancelled immediately.
Note: As per our terms and conditions, we require the Online Check-in / Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. Please note - the online check-in will ask you to provide a copy of your credit card and drivers licence, this is for security purposes only and is a requirement when you book our properties.
