Stupenda villa
Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa splendida villa da sogno. La signora Katia ci ha fatto trovare varie prelibatezze salentine tra cui anche i pasticciotti, dolci deliziosi. La villa si trova in una posizione ottima per poter raggiungere i mari più belli del Salento. La nostra bambina si é divertita un sacco a correre e giocare nel meraviglioso giardino. Consigliatissima!

Belle villa dans les Pouilles
Très jolie maison avec vue sur la mer, bien équipée et conforme à la description avec un jardin et parking. Katia est une hôte très gentille et disponible. Nous avons apprécié toutes les petites attentions prévues à notre arrivée et la sauce tomate maison était délicieuse.

Excellent séjour chez Katia !
Idéalement située pour découvrir la région de Gallipoli, la maison de Katia est très confortable, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. L'extérieur est très agréable, très calme, vert, parfait pour les barbecues. La propreté est irréprochable. Katia est une hôte très à l'écoute et très réactive. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tolles Haus
Zwei Wochen durften wir in diesem Haus als vierköpfige Familie verbringen . Das Haus bietet mit den drei Schlafzimmern und den zwei Bädern alles was man sich wünscht, ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren äusserst freundlich und bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus steht auf einem grossen Grundstück in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Das Grundstück ist recht gross und darauf befinden sich auch grosse Parkplätze für mind. zwei Autos. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten erreichbar, Andere, grosse und sehr schöne Strände ab 10min Fahrzeit. Zu Fuss könnte man am Strassenrand auch zum nächstgelegenen Strand gehen, haben wir aufgrund fehlendem Gehweg jedoch nicht gemacht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wirklich grosszügigen und tollen Haus sehr genossen. Wir können es ohne Einschränkung sehr empfehlen! Danke für den tollen & unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Merveilleuse villa
Super villa située dans un endroit très calme et à proximité de belles plages et de magnifiques endroits à visiter. Villa très bien entretenue et avec tout ce que l on peut avoir besoin. J ai particulièrement apprécié la douche à l extérieur (vraiment sympa) et la place (autant à l intérieur qu a l extérieur), le jardin très bien entretenu avec l arrosage automatique (qui nous a valu quelques bagarres humides😜) Le seul tout petit bémol (vraiment tout petit...) peut être un coin wifi pour les ados .... Et une piscine....(pour ne plus vouloir bougé de ce bel endroit) De plus, Katia et son mari vous accueillent avec plein de surprises toutes plus agréables les unes que les autres et d excellentes adresses à découvrir. Ne réfléchissez pas plus ! RÉSERVEZ !

Che dire ! Una casa perfetta in un posto meraviglioso con due padroni di casa davvero unici. La casa è bellissima, tenuta in modo impeccabile dai due proprietari e al suo interno non manca nulla che possa servire ad una famiglia con bimbi piccoli. Una nota personale , durante la permanenza abbiamo avuto bisogno di un pediatra e la signora Katia è stata così gentile da interessarsi a trovarne uno e chiamarlo , grazie ancora!!! Non abbiate dubbi sarà una vacanza bellissima

Wunderschöne Villa!
Nach unserem 14tägigen Aufenthalt können wir alle 6 Erwachsenen sagen, dass es einer der schönsten Urlaube war, den wir je erlebt haben. Die Villa del Sole liegt in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage mit netten Nachbarn. Das Meer ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen, vor allem die Klimaanlage haben wir sehr geschätzt. Der parkähnliche Garten ist extrem gepflegt und für Kinder ein wahres Paradies. Die Vermieter haben uns freundlichst umsorgt und haben einen vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck hinterlassen. Das einzig negative Kriterium ist, dass der Urlaub viel zu schnell vorbei war. Einen erneuten Urlaub in der Villa del Sole wird es auf jeden Fall geben. Wir können die Villa absolut weiter empfehlen.

una casa da fiaba
IL salento è bello ma questa casa ha reso ancora più bella la nostra vacanza. Grande portico attrezzato con sedie e sdraio per rilassarsi nelle ore calde o di sera. Giardino da fiaba con tanti angoli freschi da scoprire. È tutto molto curato , pulito e ben attrezzato. C è anche una comoda zona in cui poter lavare (a mano o con lavatrice) e stendere comodamente. Perfetta x famiglie con bambini. C è un bell angolo tipo mini soggiorno con divano e poltrone x bambini e in camera da letto una lampada a muro a forma di ghiacciolo! Si vede anche il mare! La zona è perfetta per poi girare tutto il salento. Comunque a poca distanza ci sono tutti i servizi necessari, spiagge, e anche possibilità di fare belle passeggiate . Importante avere la macchina. Noi torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane alla villa del sole veramente meravigliose. sole stupendo mare incantevole e posti meravigliosi. Certamente il soggiorno alla Villa del sole è stato fondamentale alla buona riuscita, tutto il materiale della casa di prima qualità. Inoltre Tranquillità, pulizia, vista e panorama suggestivo hanno fatto il resto. Complimenti ai proprietari che ci hanno accolto e salutati in maniera squisita. ritorneremo senz'altro e lo consiglieremo agli amici.

"Abbiamo trascorso una se...
"Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica nel Salento anche grazie a questa stupenda villa. L''accoglienza da parte di Vincenzo e Katia è stata fantastica, molto premurosi fin da subito. Vincenzo ci ha fatto fare un giro nella vicina Santa Maria al Bagno per darci alcune informazione sul posto, come ad esempio ristoranti dove poter mangiare bene senza brutte sorprese e dove fare la spesa. A tal proposito, non fate carichi di spesa inutile prima di partire perchè loro vi faranno trovare tutti i beni di prima necessità dalla pasta fino ai detersivi. La villa è in un contesto silenziosissimo, un giardino esterno che sarebbe più appropriato chiamare parco data la composizione e cura delle piante e lo spazio a disposizione. La casa, curatissima, non sembra assolutamente una casa vacanze, ci si sente davvero coccolati e a proprio agio. Inoltre la posizione è molto strategica per ogni spostamento, si arriva facilmente sulla strada statale per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge del Salento. Se dovessimo tornare di nuovo, senza dubbio sapremmo già dove soggiornare."

"La villa è veramente pul...
"La villa è veramente pulita, comoda e fornita di qualsiasi tipo di accessorio (addirittura la sacca per decorare le torte!!!) E se vi manca qualcosa... i gentilissimi proprietari faranno l''impossibile per farvelo avere!! Ci hanno pure fatto trovare un abbondante benvenuto alimentare!! Il giardino è talmente ampio che i bimbi lo chiamavano "il parco"... e più di una volta abbiamo preferito sfruttare l''ampia veranda per cenare in casa anzichè al ristorante (magari con cozze crude prese da asporto a pochi minuti di auto?!!) La spiaggia non è oggettivamente raggiungibile a piedi (anche per il tipo di strada), ma le spiagge nei dintorni sono meravigliose. La villa è silenziosissima e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. PS. una settimana di ferie da queste parti... è troppo poco!!!"

"Siamo stati ospiti della...
"Siamo stati ospiti della villa l''ultima settimana di maggio,e siamo rimasti veramente colpiti, sia dalla villa, che della splendida ospitalità di Vincenzo e Katia. La casa è esattamente come si vede nella foto, in perfetto ordine, dotata di ogni cosa possa servire per rendere la vacanza ottimale (fra cui un barbecue per delle ottime grigliate!) La veranda esterna con vista sul mare, è poi bellissima da sfruttare per mangiare o semplicemente rilassarsi fra giardino e mare. All''interno della casa,tutto è in ordine e vi è tutto il necessario per viverci, non solo per fare una vacanza,e si nota benissimo che questa è una casa costruita per viverci e non solo per essere affittata. Unica cosa da dire è che non può mancare una macchina, perchè il centro del paese(con una bella spiaggia)è a solo un 1km ma è raggiungibile solo tramite una strada senza marciapiedi. Ovviamente la macchina serve anche per visitare questa splendida regione. Infine come non spendere una parola su Katia e Vincenzo , i padroni di casa. Due persone squisite che si sono preoccupate di farci trovare in casa, oltre a tutto il materiale di pulizia, anche pasticcini, pasta e acqua per poter passare il primo giorno alla villa. Infine li vorrei ringraziare anche per la disponibilità e sensibilità dimostrata nell''accettare che potessimo portare i miei genitori in villa all''improvviso perchè colpiti dal terremoto. Di sicuro se torneremo in Puglia, torneremo da Vincenzo e Katia"

"La casa è veramente molt...
"La casa è veramente molto bella, spaziosa ed accogliente ed inoltre è dotata di tutti i confort e le attrezzature necessarie per passare una vacanza in completa tranquillità. Il giardino, meravigliosamente curato, è l''ideale per trascorrere qualche ora di assoluto relax o per organizzare una splendida cena estiva sotto il grande porticato. L''edificio si trova in una zona tranquillissima, facilmente accessibile ed è dotato di un parcheggio ombreggiato all''interno del cancello. La zona è poco distante dal mare e costituisce un punto di partenza ideale per visitare le splendide spiaggie del salento. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto accuratamente pulito (biancheria da letto e da bagno, stoviglie, piatti, bicchieri, ecc.) e siamo stati accolti dai simpaticissimi proprietari, katia e Vincenzo, che ci hanno addirittura offerto i dolci tipici della zona. Vincenzo inoltre è stato un''ottima guida nel consigliarci i migliori ristoranti e le spiagge più belle da visitare. Una vacanza assolutamente da consigliare e da ripetere!"

"La casa è davvero molto confortevole, pulitissima e completa di ogni attrezzatura e di tanti piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili senza essere mai invadenti. Unico neo, la posizione della casa rispetto al mare; questo è sì piuttosto vicino (meno di 1 km), come vicino è il paese in cui si può fare una piccola spesa, ma la strada per raggiungerlo è piuttosto trafficata e non vi un marciapiede che la costeggi, quindi per ogni spostamento è necessario prendere l''automobile."

"La casa è bellissima, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e arredata con molto buon gusto.La pulizia é scrupolosissima.Il grandissimo giardino poi è stupefacente, curato alla perfezione e sapientemente illuminato. Senz''altro meglio di un hotel a 5 stelle. Che dire dei proprietari? Discreti, gentili e generosi. (Noi abbiamo trovato ogni genere di conforto al nostro arrivo).
