"Very comfortable house with everything as described. Had problems with WiFi but sorted out by the wonderful Anita! Plenty of room for the us and very handy for the beach and town centre. Must see attractions are Narbonne cathedral, Gruissan and Angeleres sur mer. Highly recommended."

"Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Emerald. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass der Service durch die Agentur Fütterer unverändert Spitze ist. Das Objekt wird sauber übergeben, die Kommunikation ist auch deutschsprachig und man erhält ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk bei der Ankunft. Die Lage ist in Strandnähe und man kann bequem zu den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten laufen. Die Raumaufteilung ist okay, es gibt nur eine Toilette im Obergeschoss. Auch die Betten sind bequem aber nicht...

"Für unsere Verhältnisse war das Haus ein bisschen zu eng. DIE Zimmer sahen auf den Fotos größer aus. Das Grosse Bett war ok nur schwierig sich im Schlafzimmer zu bewegen. Die Couch im Wohnbereich ist sehr unbequem man bekommt Rückenschmerzen nur beim Sitzen. Zum Schlafen nur für Jüngere. Es ist alles vorhanden an Geschirr und Utensilien. Ruhige Lage und man kann gut auf der Terrasse geschützt entspannen. Spar direkt um die Ecke. Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme."

Dans ces conditions le prix de location paraît élevé en tout cas cette prestation ne justifie nullement une augmentation de 15 % d'une année sur l'autre."

Alles in allem für überteuert und von uns nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Sie haben und als Kunden verloren und weiterempfehlen können wir diese Leistungen auch nicht. Enttäuschend. "
