Narbonne Plage immer wieder schön
Das Haus liegt sehr gut gelegen, nahe zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage, in der es angenehm ruhig und familiär ist. Es hat eine schöne Terrasse zum Essen , aber auch entspannen. Der Vermieter hat uns erwartet und alles nett und genau erklärt. Am nächsten Tag fiel uns dann allerdings auf, dass es an Sauberkeit erheblich mangelt (wir hatten am Tag vorher eine 12-stündige Autofahrt hinter uns). Der Kühlschränke war nicht sauber, auf dem Boden waren lange sctwarze Haare, vorallem im Schlafzimmer und auf den Nachttischlampen und auf und im Wohnzimmerschrank war Staub, der nicht erst ein paar Tage alt war. Wir haben dann erstmal sauber gemacht. Schade, das war eklig und hat uns geärgert. Ich würde dem Vermieter raten eine professionelle Reinigung vornehmen zu lassen und nicht mal schnell vor der Vermietung selbst durchzugehen denn das hat uns das Haus vermiest......

Maison très agréable, très belle terrasse, quartier très calme et pourtant à 5 mns de la plage et des commerces . Si nous devons revenir dans cette région nous reprendrons cette location sans hésitation. À découvrir

Nicht besonders saubere Wohnung bei Übernahme
So niedrig die Kriterien in puncto Sauberkeit bei der Übernahme der Wohnung durch uns war (Stinkender Kühlschrank mit zentimeterhoher Staubschicht oben, Haare im Bad, Wollmäuse unter den Betten), so hoch waren die Kriterien bei der Rückgabe des Objekts nach einer Woche an Madam S. Staub Kontrolle mit dem Finger auf den Möbeln und Kritik am Dreck der vorher schon da war. Um das Gemecker abzukürzen haben wir Madame noch xx€ für die Reinigung dalassen müssen. Scheint ein lohnendes Geschaftsmodell zu sein. Narbonne immer gerne, aber nicht bei Madam

Alles in Ordnung!
Wir (2 Erwachsene und ein achtjähriges Kind) haben eine Woche Ende Juli 2018 genossen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet! Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht vergessen! Die Anlage ist ruhig.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Narbonne Plage malgré le temps qui était un peu maussade. La résidence est très bien, la maison est très accueillante est il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles.
