For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 26.May. - 30.Sep.). Parking. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 300 m, diving center 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, sailing school 2 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 33 km, Cité de Carcassonne 73 km, Espace balnéoludique de Gruissan 6 km. Swimming shorts prohibited.
2-room apartment 25 m2 on 2nd floor, west facing position. Partly in 2020: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV (flat screen). Exit to the loggia. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce gusto) extra). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace furniture. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: smoke alarm. The loggia, 5 mq, closed by sliding door. Please note: Bedding completely replaced in 2022. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Inconfortable
Petit espace trop meublé, difficile de circuler. Nous avons eu très chaud, pas de ventilateur. Des gens qui parlent fort jusqu'à 4h du matin. Literie inconfortable : clic clac qui bascule quand on s'assoit au bord, matelas 1 place à ressorts qui rentrent dans le dos, un matelas gonflable aurait été plus confortable ! Piscine accessible uniquement pour la baignade, interdiction de rester au bord. Positif : place de parking, logement propre Bien pour dépanner quelques jours...

séjour narbonne plage
l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal proche de la plage du centre ville piscine à disposition,un environnement calme. Par contre l'appartement mérite un coup de neuf ,un canapé clic clac ,housse tachée et matelas ayant largement fait son temps . Etant un inconditionnel de cette station j'y reviendrai avec plaisir

Petit appartement, bien pour un court séjour. Proche de la plage,piscine (mais trop de restrictions) , Par contre manque un peu de meuble de rangement, la xxx ne fonctionnait pas très bien , et petit autre détail l'ouverture de la porte du petit frigo doit être inversée pour faciliter son accès .

Appartement 4 pers loggia
L'appartement est petit mais plutôt fonctionnel, l'aménagement est très simple est de qualité moyenne... Literie pas terrible. Par contre la situation du logement est très bien plage, animations et restaurants à pied facilement pour petit marcheur. La piscine est bien, sont accès est sécurisé toute la période estivale.

Résidence au top mais appartement inadapté
La résidence, son emplacement et la piscine sont top ! Mais...nous sommes arrivés dans un logement très sale alors qu'un forfait de 50 € nous est réclamé pour le ménage. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas correctement et par 30° à l'extérieur, nous avons perdu des aliments ! Il a été remplacé mais nous avons dû attendre le jeudi. Le nouveau réfrigérateur est minuscule (une bouteille tient tout juste en largeur) et absolument pas adapté pour 4 personnes. La chasse d'eau fuit et le réservoir se remplit donc jusqu'à 7 fois par nuit... Les lits superposés sont instables (vis desserrées) et l'échelle n'est plus fixée en bas. Le logement manque également cruellement de rangements.
