The outside was in very poor condition. The are no seat covers as shown on the advertising.The swimming pool is in very poor condition and needs draining and cleaning properly.

Lovely, spacious house in great area; under-equipped and dated kitchen
This is a lovely, spacious house in a great area of Narbonne. The pool is the icing on the cake when spending time relaxing in the house after a day of cycling or visiting castles. Whereas the help we received from Jean-Francois was great, the kitchen was disappointing. For a house that can sleep 6 adults, the drip coffee pot is tiny (5 cups) and old. The fridge is in a separate room (laundry room). There was no corkscrew. The cupboards are jam-packed with dishes and serving dishes. There was no microwave.

Horrible...Tout est à refaire. Ne pas y aller
Une annonce qui donne envie et le rêve disparait sitôt arrivé. Tout est vieux, en très mauvais état (sauf literie) : piscine montée à l'arrache (peinture coup de pinceaux partout), non nettoyée malgré ce qui est indiqué (sable partout), coin détente bricolé dangereux car ne tient pas, des transats qui datent de plus de 20 ans et cassés, comme une chaise de table extérieure en vieux plastique. Tout n'est que récupération, pour un rendement financier maximum. Rien n'est neuf.. Idem dans la maison : un frigo de plus de 25 ans dans une buanderie à l'odeur nauséabonde, 2 coups de peinture pour masquer une cuisine datant de plus de 40 ans (murs moisis), aucune place pour ranger car tout est plein de vieux ustensiles. Peu de couverts (6 petites cuillières, difficile avec un lave vaisselle très ancien dont la moitié est inutilisable car rail cassé). Sans oublier le magnifique cadeau de bienvenu du propriétaire qui n'est autre qu'une bouteille de vin à moins de 2 € chez LIDL. On est furieux
