Over priced and deceiving pictures
Overall the place was very clean, the bed was made and towels available. However, its really not worth the money!
The property was clearly a park home previously and now divided in two. You can hear the neighbours having their conversations very clearly and snoring through out the night!! As non snorers this was an issue and we struggled to sleep. A few woodlice in the wet room at night no idea from where as couldnt see an obvious hole. The front patio is not secure and shared with attached neighbour. Lilac cottage has private patio which is pretty much the walk way from the front of the property to the door, pictures are very deceiving. It is located in a caravan site which we knew however having visited a fair few we have yet to see another so crowded. Not very nice to look out at 6 or 7 different neighbours with no green spaces at all (not even grass verge) for dogs. Maybe ours is a pampered pooch and just prefers grass?!
The geographical location isn't too bad and the road running alongside the park is pretty quiet however we felt it was over priced for what it was.
Also no confirmation email with key code, hotels.com weren't very helpful but luckily we had a call from the management company about 5hrs before check in which is pretty late
