"The penthouse is cool for family of 8, plenty of room, although it is beach ocean view / , is considered dangerous to swim,however Lobos beach is a 4 minute drive or a 15 minute walk on the beach to Lobos beach. "Great condo in a secure community right on the ocean. Walking distance to Jobos Beach, restaurants & food truck park. Loved the front balcony for coffee & cocktails looking at the surf. Beautiful pool and grounds. Owner was quick to respond with questions. Would stay there again. "

"This condo was immaculate and beautiful all while being the perfect place to stay as it is centrally located between the various beaches, attractions, and restaurants. Everything inside is updated, clean, and tasteful. The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home! Outside there is a pool directly overlooking the crashing waves along the coastline, as well as a sand volleyball court. The property is gated and extremely secure. The owners were fabulous to deal with, easy to communicate...

"Highly recommend staying here the place was really well done just like the pictures. You do have an ocean view. If you walk out the back patio there is a walking beach a few minutes away but the beach that is a few minute drive which is ALMENDROS beach is a better beach not a lot of people and you can rent jet skis. "I stayed here for a few days by myself, working for part of the day and surfing nearby waves the rest of the time. Then I spent a full week here with a friend just surfing from this location at several local surf spots. All went well. It was a bit tricky to get our 9 foot longboards up the stairs, but we figured it out. We were able to cook basic meals in the apartment and loved the balcony area for hanging out in the mornings and evenings. I met the host once or twice in the parking lot...
