"We had an amazing stay. I would say we had more than a great stay, I would say we had a great experience. I’ll start with the basics. Check in was fast. We stayed in a quadruple room, it was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel provided water and a basket full of shampoo, conditioner etc. The service provided by all the staff was great, from the front desk to house keeping. That would be enough for a good stay. But those are overshadowed by the amazing breakfast experience. The staff was exceptional. On top of the abundant selection, they offered omelettes and eggs, brought items fresh made for you to try. The gentleman (wish I remembered his name) remembered where guests were from and had little banters with them. Breakfast was a highlight, and anywhere else would have been the highlight. But the decor team is what took this stay to an experience. The attention to detail making each space beautiful was extraordinary. There are multiple terraces each lovingly decorated. The flowers, the carpets, the decor creates an ambiance that makes you feel comfortable and surrounded by beauty. I took so many photos of the hotel common spaces. This is what put it over the top and made it an experience for me."

"The hotel is spectacular! The rooms carved into the rock are spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff’s courtesy is impeccable—they are attentive to every detail and consistently kind. The hotel is situated in an elevated area of Göreme, offering stunning views of the city and the hot air balloons from one of its many terraces. The breakfast is varied and features delicious traditional Turkish dishes. I have no negative remarks about this hotel."

"We had the most amazing three nights at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Such a wonderful setting, with many terraces and areas to enjoy. One of the best terraces in the town. Breakfast was locally sourced and wonderful. The setting was just perfect and lovely coffee. We really liked the fact complimentary filter coffee and tea was offered throughout the day in the restaurant area (as well as having sachets in your room) . The shower items provided smelled lovely too. We stayed in just the standard room, so it was understandably on the smaller side, so the only constructive comment I can make is that there was not really anywhere to hang your clothes. Particularly if you have a long dress. So I would say if you’re going longer than 3 nights or having space to hang clothes and just general space in the room is very important to you, then I would upgrade. The road outside the hotel is a typical windy narrow street, so if you have a hire car I would recommend parking down the hill, like we did. There’s plenty of free spaces with proper bays and only a few minute walk up. We would stay here again in a heartbeat Overall cannot be faulted."

"The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely, very clean and new. Only thing I would note is no television in the room. Not that it's a big issue as there is so much to do in the area. Beautiful view of the balloons in the morning. Underground indoor pool and sauna. Massages at an extra cost but quite reasonable. We arrived early but were able to leave our luggage until the room was ready. Traditional Turkish breakfast served to our table was lovely. It is a little out of the town but still easy walking distance to the centre. Would definitely stay here again."
