"Really enjoyed our week long stay. The owners who are next door were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything you need for a longer stay (including a supermarket 40 metres away) and was very comfortable. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town although buses and trams are nearby and very frequent. If you prefer to eat locally there are decent tapas bars in the neighbourhood.For the price, this was great value accommodation."

"Right in the center of old València. Looked just like photos and we Loved the little patio overlooking the street! Only difficulty was unlocking door to the apartment. You have to go so far to the right it seems it can’t be, but once we got it. Everything was great! Would have loved some soap in the bathroom and some blankets for the bed, but all was nice!"

"Enrique the host met us at the apartment which was extremely well located. He showed us arpund and explained one or two things. He then gave us a map and pointed out put location and places of interest. He also showed us where to get a taxi, metro and the train for our onward travel. The apartemnt is traditional in style with everything you need (and more). It was also very cool with air con if required. We would definately stay here again"

"Lots of space to spread out in this apartment. This was a fun place that was very close to the train station. Downtown was walkable and beautiful. It was very clean and nice. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs. You climb a good 4 stories to get to this apartment. We didn’t mind and knew that up front but if stairs are not your thing then consider another location. Otherwise, this is a great place to rest as you see València. "

"The apartment was very clean and excellent location. Very good communication from our host. The only problem was the apartment was very noisy. The upstairs neighbors talked and argued until 1 am every day and you could hear them walking around and opening and closing closet doors. The hallways echoed and you could hear everyone coming and going at all hours slamming their doors. It’s a shame because everything else was great. "
