"Easy parking and checking in. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was large and modern. The staff that we had dealings with in the bar/restaurant and on reception were helpful, polite, pleasant and engaging. A good experience. "

"My first time I’d managed to get one of the “Freedom accessible” rooms and it was really spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent too "

"Enjoyed a 2 night dinner bed and breakfast deal which represented incredible value for money. The staff throughout the hotel were polite and welcoming, the room was a good size, and patio doors onto grass was just what we had asked for to enjoy the good weather. Whilst the room felt a little tired, it was comfortable and functional. The restaurant staff were incredibly polite and professional, and the inclusive 3 courses much better than expected. Breakfast was comprehensive also with full and continental offerings. The pool was warm and facilities looked comprehensive, if not all used. Views to the golf course were stunning, and the driving range offered free loan of clubs for the range. Overall great value package and enjoyable stay."

"Great staff and site, but disappointed that we had to walk to reception to get a card authorised to purchase drinks at the bar in the evening...unnecessarily made things a bit of a faff. Staff were pleasant and welcoming though. Also please note that the parking charges have increased to £15 per night, not the £12.50 advertised. Staff did go out of their way to assist with our birthday celebrations, which were very welcome. Thank you."
