Villa de Charme, Salt Water Pool! XMAS SPECIAL

Southern hospitality with tastefully decorated French Provincial comfort and the landscaping of an exotic resort. Perfect Family and Friends get together. A large, private heated Salt water pool with a spa and gas grill highlight the rear veranda.
Our villa is situated in a perfect location. Close to the Ritz-Carlton, It is only a 4 min bike ride ( 6 bicycles with locks and air compressor are provided free of charge ) or 15 min leisure walk to beautiful Vanderbilt beach . Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels also provided . A variety of restaurants , Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, Publix food markets are nearby. The Mercato shopping and entertainment plaza is just up the street. Over 100 Local Golf Courses are available. The Naples Zoo and Florida Sports Park are also nearby.
The Fort Myers airport (Uber around $40) is about a 20 min drive, and it is a 10 min drive to historic downtown Naples .
We provide all linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, high speed internet, streaming TVs ( living room 65" and a TV in each bedroom).
We spent a lot of time and great effort to carefully restore all the furniture ourselves to the present glory . We built our live edge Walnut dining table ( seats 8 persons) and benches from a tree which was growing on David's Grandfather's farm in Maryland. Almost all the art in our home is created by Irina . We hope you love our place as much as we do.

Great house for a Family Vacation
Wonderfully redone home with nice pool, hot tub, and outdoor space. Well appointed kitchen and lots of room. Nice quiet neighborhood that is walking distance (10 min) to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly how is is shown in pictures and described. Home is a great location for walking to beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed using the bikes!

Business stay
Needed a place to stay, so that we would be close to the location where our business meeting was being held. This house is just a few blocks away from the locale. House is clean, in a nice location, and ownership was very friendly and highly communicative. Definitely would recommend this house along with the ownership. Overall had a fantastic experience.

Our stay was perfect! Our original booking was canceled on us 5 days before our arrival. Luckily, Dave and Irina’s house was available. The house was spotless, nicely updated and had everything we needed. The house has lots of space and a nice lanai. The pool, pool deck and hot tub are wonderful. The owners are very helpful and responsive. The location is excellent! A nice walk to the beach and close to many restaurants. We were lucky the original booking cancelled on us. This ended up working out much better!

Great house!
We truly enjoyed our stay, the house fit our needs perfectly....15 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to Mercato for groceries and restaurants and a short drive to other places in Naples. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and had everything we needed, pool was wonderful (especially the spa with the extra blowers on!), bikes were a great amenity as well. David and Irina were extremely responsive, emails or texts were always answered within minutes. We would absolutely stay here again if we are looking for a place in the Naples area, highly recommend!!

Beautiful home with “uncaged” saltwater pool & jacuzzi spa
Gorgeous, updated and comfortable, well-appointed 3 bed 2 bath open plan home with lovely kitchen. Screened lanai; attractive landscaping around the large pool and spa with ample seating, lounges, dining tables and grill. David has the settings automated, so no fuss. David was very accommodating, and answered my questions almost immediately! Perfect location, quiet and private, close to everything; easy trip to RSW. It was unanimous: David & Irina’s home is our new favorite place!!! Guests on initial this trip to David & Irina’s: retired Mom, one son & fiancée. Next trip, the fiancées parents will complete the group!

Wonderful and Quiet
This property was quiet and in a great neighborhood. There were a lot of walkers and close to Vanderbilt Beach. They have beach chairs to use and bikes if you want. The pool was perfect temp and hottub. The Landscaping in the backyard is beautiful. House was very clean and comfortable bed. 3 minute drive to Mercato which has a lot of restaurants and great hang out place. We wanted to check this out for future use with our grown children and grandbaby. Plenty of room for the whole family. It had a highchair, packnplay. Fenced in back yard. It was everything we needed for our short get away and potential future family get away. It was overall lovely.

Great location and great house!
This rental was perfect. It was nicely updated with all the necessary amenities. It was very easy to contact the host when needed. My friends and I really enjoyed biking to the beach from this location and taking advantage of the awesome patio and pool. I would stay here again!

Got a few nights in Naples after a week in sanibel to explore and save some airline ticket expenses. Had a nice couple days to shop and swim and enjoy a fee streaming movies.

Lovely property in excellent North Naples location
Exactly as advertised, very nice all newly remodeled with everything you need for a relaxing stay in North Naples. The owner was excellent - all communications were prompt and check-in was seamless. Very comfortable for a small family gathering (we were 5, that is probably the max for comfort, although pull out sofa was available and used 1 night,-it was more comfortable than most I've experienced). The pool and spa are new and very nice. As advertised, the pool settings can be adjusted via communication with owner, we made 1 adjustment and it was quick and accurate. Open plan is great for gatherings, we had 1 dinner with 6 and the large kitchen island and beautiful table were perfect. Location is convenient to everything - it is walkable to the beach, very quick via the bikes provided (recommend biking - Vanderbilt Beach is nice, but very popular - vehicle traffic is pretty hectic, and parking is in an adjacent garage, although there is an area to unload at the ramp prior to parking). All in all, one of the more pleasurable VRBO experiences I've had.

A perfect stay-cation in North Naples just enjoying the sun, pool/hot tub, and biking to the beach. Would recommend renting a car so that you can also enjoy shopping in downtown Naples/ 5th Ave/ Naples Pier and visiting the Everglades to do an airboat tour through the mangroves. Wish I had known you need a reservation for dinner if you want to dine right on Vanderbilt beach at The Turtle Club. Limbo Gumbo was another nearby beachfront dining option which was nice too. Outdoor landscaping was pretty and house was fairly clean. Would have been nice to have at least one roll of toilet paper there to start us off though. Sheets on beds could use a refresh. Other than that it was great!

Beautiful home with awesome pool
The home itself was super clean and very modern. What really sold us on it though was the heated salt water pool and hot tub. We also had a blast riding bikes to the nearby beach. The host was very responsive and very willing to accommodate our group. I’d definitely stay her again
