Centrally located within minutes of several restaurants and commercial establishments.The condo is fully furnished, and has central air conditioning, all-electric stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped kitchen. There are two flat screen TV's, cable television, and wireless internet. All linens and towels are provided for your stay. There is a screened terrace with a water view. I had a great stay at this property, and found the place to be roomy, comfortable, and homey. It's just perfect for a home away from home! Jay is a great host and he went above and beyond to have the place ready for me upon my (early) arrival . He is the best!

Comfy and quiet!
The condo was central to where we needed to be as well as 20 min. from 5th Ave, close to good semi-public golfs, Food & Thougts (great address for restaurant & grocery shopping)), and a really nice pool.

Over rated
The place is very over rated. The laundry room has no light so it is very hard to see in the washer. We had to use a flashlight to see the bottom of the washer. The dryer timer doesn't work so watch the clothes get over dryer and very hot also the dryer doesn't stop when the door is opened. The sofa is very hard to get up from, I had in use a pillow to sit on. The kitchen faucet handle comes off so getting the faucet shutoff was difficult some times. The faucet in the bathroom needs repaired because only a trickle of water comes out. The windows in the bedroom had mildew on them and made the room seem dreary.

Perfect pad in Naples!
Jay and Virginia were simply lovely, and it is reflected in their property. They were such a pleasure to deal with, they made me feel at home, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Overall, this was a nice place to stay. It was close to many restaurants and not too far from the beaches (about 10-15 minutes). There was a great pool with hardly anyone there. Would have liked some instructions for checking out. .

Wonderful condo in good location
The condo is just as described and has nice amenities. The complex has two beautiful pools and several ponds. The condo has plenty of room for two people and a comfortable bed. The porch looks over one of the ponds. Very nice property.

Convenient location to explore Naples
Since I spent most of the day out and about this property provide a convenient place to spend the evening hours. The neighbors were quiet and there was a good selection of shopping nearby. The owners provided a bike which was perfect for my daily excursions and greatly appreciated. There were some maintenance issues (dead remote batteries, broken dryer nob, Over oven light) but nothing that kept me from enjoying my time in south Florida

the site was somewhat unclean mainly due to the hurricane of sept. 2017. The rest was ok on all other aspects. The location, the easy access to all services and to the beaches, the parking facilities, the pool and spa clean and inviting.

Great condo
