Bottom line upfront, it is not the worst, it is not the best. The main issue wasn't the apartment itself, which was generally nice. It was the management company. Please see the list of complaints below: 1. Before booking, we asked if a baby crib or pack-and-play was available. The management team assured us there was one in the unit. Once we arrived, we were told that all pack-and-plays had been given to other rentals that requested them earlier, and someone would bring one the next day. The following day, we asked again, and none were available. When we inquired the day after that, they asked when we were leaving.
2. The primary reason we booked this place was for the washer. We confirmed beforehand that it worked, and the manager assured us it did. On the first day, we started a load before leaving and returned five hours later to find the drum full of water and dirty clothes. We tried three more times to get it to work, downloaded the owner's manual for that model, and troubleshot it to no avail. We messaged management, and they asked us to send a video—of what, the 30-year-old rusty washer not working? We asked again about the washer and received no response.
4. While the floors appeared clean, our feet turned black after walking on them, even though we took our shoes off at the door.
5. Although the sheets and towels were pristine white, the mattress covers had large urine and blood stains.
