Our stay was marred by several disappointments. The property was unexpectedly part of a multifamily house, impacting our privacy. Upon arrival, we discovered one of the six advertised rooms was locked, reducing our available space. Despite numerous attempts to contact the office, it took hours and several calls before we received a new code to access the additional room.We also pre-paid for pool heating, anticipating cooler weather. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't heated on arrival, and despite following provided instructions to turn it on, it remained cold throughout our stay. While a refund for the heating fee was offered, it didn't compensate for the inability to use a key feature we paid for.Additionally, a security deposit was unexpectedly charged despite our payment for insurance, with a lengthy 10-day wait for its return.The lack of transparency, poor communication, and the issues with the facilities significantly detracted from our experience. The management of the property was far from professional. If possible, I would rate this experience less than one star.
