Kids are running around room to room at 7:00 in the morning. Hallways are noisy. Very disappointing and I will not ever stay here again. Just needed a place to sleep after getting in at 3:00 am. Will stick to upper scale hotels going forward where they don’t have these type of problems!

They had to change us out of the room because there was a large bright light post in front of our room and there was no dark shade or thick curtain to keep the light from coming into the room at night.

Overall the property was great. We enjoyed breakfast and the pool. My only complaint is that the beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up both days with excruciating back pain and could barely move. Ended up having to take pain medicine both days and I despise having to take meds. We noticed that the bed my husband and oldest child slept in had a huge indention in it. The other bed wasn’t much better,
